They rent cars and do not want to extend the rental, is crazy
Supposedly they are a car rental company and they only accept that you rent a car and extend the rental 3 times, even if you pay on time, they ask you to return the car and they block it all the time, very bad experience, they do not stop harassing you .

We apologize that you had a poor experience, unfortunately we do not allow renters to extend indefinitely on a daily basis as was communicated with you up front. As a safety precaution we lock the vehicle when it is not returned on time as you promised.

We had to cancel last minute bc our son…
We had to cancel last minute bc our son was sick and they waived the cancellation fee. This is why we will continue to use their service. They’re a family own company and it’s obvious by their service.

Best rental car company in the area!!
This is our second time renting from Gaia and can’t say enough good things about this company!! The booking process was extremely easy. The Tesla we received was in pristine condition and made a very comfortable ride. The staff was reliable and made our pick up and drop off process a breeze. Compared to other rental car companies in the area, this one stands on top!! 10/10 recommend.
