Everything went perfectly with ZIRI-rent a car. Communication via WhatsApp was simple and smooth. We received a really friendly welcome, complete with a bottle of cold water! Our car was a Skoda Rapid in perfect condition that served us brilliantly (even in the mountains—and there are plenty of mountains in Albania!). Returning the vehicle in the middle of the night was hassle-free; they even drove us to the terminal in the car, which hadn't been part of the original plan. All this for a more-than-reasonable price (€310 for 10 days). Truly nothing to complain about—thank you very much!

La voiture n'était pas celle qui était prévue (Toyota yaris au lieu de golf 6) mais elle était très bien. La voiture nous a été apportée à notre hôtel. Au retour, le propriétaire nous a indiqué sa localisation et il nous a emmenés jusqu'à notre hôtel près de l'aéroport.
Excellente prestation, facilité de transaction, propriétaire très gentil.

really appreciated how easy it was to get in touch and make the booking, especially since this was my first trip to Albania. The wide range of available offers allowed me to choose a vehicle based on my own criteria regarding price and brand. Once I arrived, the entire process—from picking up the car to returning it—went very smoothly, and the service provider was proactive and highly responsive.

Trasparente, sicuro e ottimi prezzi
Prenotata un auto per una settimana in Albania non potevamo trovare miglior agenzia. Prezzi onestissimi, ottima comunicazione e grande scelta. Compara e mette a disposizione molti noleggiatori locali in modo molto trasparente, sicuro e chiaro. Nessuna sorpresa finale o problema. Molto consigliato.

Muy buena relación calidad precio junto al aeropuerto
Pudimos alquilar un coche en el aeropuerto de Albania con la compañia Best rent a car con un precio muy competitivo y un muy buen trato. Además nos recogieron el coche el último día en el hotel sin ningún sobrecoste.

Véhicule en piteuse état que je qualifierais de dangereux. Pneus arrière lisses, les 2 feux arrières de freinage ne fonctionnent pas, la direction vibre au delà de 100 km/h. Je ne comprends pas que les éléments de sécurité ne soient pas vérifiés par le propriétaire avant la livraison du véhicule. Plus d'une heure de retard à la livraison du véhicule par le loueur. Seul point positif la bonne communication avec le loueur. Je ne louerai plus avec votre enseigne. Vos services manquent de sérieux dans la sélection des propriétaires et des véhicules.

We went for renting via Rent from Locals because we wanted to be able to drive off road and also an automatic transmission for easy driving. It’s a great platform with a lot of different cars to choose from. We went for a car with full insurance for a peace of mind during a 2 week trip trough all of Albania. All communication went good and questions were answered quick. Would really recommend this company/platform.

I was extremely impressed with the warm Car Rental in Albania…
I was extremely impressed with the warm welcome and outstanding service provided by Lakir at Tirana Airport.
I had booked to collect the car at 3:00 a.m., but Lakir checked my flight arrival time and kindly brought the car to us at 2:00 a.m. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and ready for us, making our arrival completely stress-free.
I have immense respect for Lakir's professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service. If I could give more than five stars, he truly deserves 10 stars.
I highly recommend Lakir to anyone visiting Albania, whether for business or a holiday. You can expect exceptional service, reliability, and a truly welcoming experience.
