Gardasee Peschiera del Garda - Alles prima
Buchung des Bootes direkt am Anlegeplatz in Peschiera del Garda. Vorgang war schnell und unkompliziert.
Bootsübernahme war ebenfalls unkompliziert. Schwimmwesten für Kinder wurden direkt mit ausgegeben und die Empfehlung zum Tragen derer ausgesprochen.
Die Einweisung war gut und verständlich. Mit der Übergabe wurde ein Tablet mit Seekarte im Boot installiert. Dieses hat sich während der Fahrt abgemeldet und konnte nicht mehr aktiviert werden
War aber nicht wild, eine Seekarte in physischer Form war auf dem Boot vorhanden.
Das Boot an sich war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war gut zu fahren und hat alles, was für ein Bootsausflug auf der Gardasee notwendig ist. Liegefläche am Bug und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten am Heck. Dazu noch Stauraum fürs Gepäck.
Besten Dank an das Team! Ich würde hier sofort wieder ein Boot mieten.

Bellissimo, sicuramente da consigliare. Siamo stati, al Lago di Garda per 5 giorni, ma noleggiare la barca è stata sicuramente la migliore esperienza fatta e quella che le mie figlie ricorderanno anche in futuro.Il ragazzo che ci ha spiegato tutto é stato gentilissimo e molto chiaro. Il prezzo ottimo, il personale competente e gentile. Che dire, straconsigliato!

Boot was sauber und technisch in Ordnung. Auch das Team hat einen ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren…
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren "Wiederholungstäter", Top Service, Top Boote. Super Team. Tolles Buchungssystem, da fühlt man sich sicher. Einzig größere Boote sind über 1 Tag sehr schwer zu buchen. Vielleicht bin ich ja auch einfach immer zu spät. Also alle Daumen hoch, weiter so.

ho noleggiato la Sea Ray 23SP,
ho trovato un imbarcazione pulita e confortevole.
Purtroppo il tablet di navigazione non riesce mantenere la carica per tutta la giornata, sarebbe utile predisporre una postazione di ricarica appena sopra il quadro strumenti o un cavo di ricarica più lungo, quello in dotazione era troppo corto e non permetteva di mantenerlo in ricarica durante la navigazione.
Il motivo per qui ho dato due stelle, tutta via è stato un altro.
Al rientro, come da contratto, ho eseguito il pieno.
Mi è stata chiesto di esibire la ricevuta del pieno di benzina, pur non essendo obbligato a presentarla, l'ho fornita, mi è stato comunque contestato il fatto che mancassero dei litri.
Mi sono stati chiesti 20 euro aggiuntivi senza nessun tipo di spiegazione plausibile.
Dal momento che la benzina l'avevo fatta fino allo scattare della pistola, cosa potevo fare oltre a questo?
Detto questo non mi hanno detto quanti litri mancavo, non è stato fatto nessun conteggio, di quanto stessi pagando al litro questa benzina, hanno voluto solo 20 euro in più dopo averni spesi 590 di locazione, ed essendo anche la quarta uscita, potevo essere trattato un po' meglio.

Buongiorno Oumar,
dal nostro portale risulta solo un’altra prenotazione nel 2022, ha prenotato con altri nomi? Se ai ragazzi alla consegna ha dichiarato che era già la quarta volta con noi, allora è probabile che abbiano dato per scontate alcune spiegazioni che avrebbe già dovuto conoscere. Sicuramente hanno ricordato la procedura sul rifornimento che è sempre la stessa da anni – dal periodo del Covid non è cambiata di una virgola – ed è scritta a bordo in 4 lingue e ricordata ogni volta proprio per evitare equivoci. Ecco il testo:
IMPORTANTE RIFORNIMENTO CARBURANTE
Gli indicatori di carburante delle imbarcazioni non sono molto precisi e sempre in movimento, per questo ci affidiamo ad uno strumento elettronico molto preciso: il conta-litri SmartCraft della Mercury.
Per verificare il consumo, per fare rifornimento o calcolare l’autonomia residua, dovete prendere nota – o meglio fotografare – il numero iniziale dello SmartCraft (alla partenza). Sottraendo il numero all’arrivo avrete i litri esatti consumati.
Esempio: litri iniziali 980, litri finali 1033 → litri consumati 53.
Sono i litri che dovrete pagare.
Se andate al distributore (anche più volte durante l’uso), fatevi rilasciare la ricevuta con importo e litri di rifornimento, così da avere un riscontro al rientro.
Non sempre i distributori hanno la pazienza di eseguire il pieno al millimetro: in questo caso i litri mancanti si saldano direttamente da noi.
I pescanti dei serbatoi non arrivano a prelevare tutto il carburante contenuto, ecco perché il rifornimento va fatto quando i consumi effettivi raggiungono i valori indicati (Bayliner VR5: 85 lt, VR6: 90 lt, Sea Ray 23: 170 lt).
Come detto, non ci si basa sul “clic” della pistola ma sui numeri dello SmartCraft, precisi al decimo di litro. Su serbatoi da 180 lt, al primo “click” mancano spesso 10/15 lt: bisogna avere pazienza, lasciare sfogare i vapori e rifornire lentamente. Per questo la nostra politica è sempre di riferirsi al consumo reale. Nel suo caso i dati sono chiari: 1212 litri all’uscita, 1300 al rientro → 88 litri consumati. La ricevuta è stata chiesta proprio per confrontare i litri consumati con quelli riforniti, e come lei stesso scrive è risultato che ne mancavano. I 20 € corrispondono a 10 litri, calcolati al prezzo del distributore di Peschiera (2,068 €/lt).
Non è una questione di quanto speso per il noleggio – 100, 500 o 2000 euro – ma di semplice correttezza: tutti i clienti pagano esclusivamente i litri che hanno effettivamente consumato.

Le bateau n’était pas nettoyé
Le bateau n’était pas nettoyé , il y avait des cheveux et cacahuètes . On nous a fait payer le chien (mini chien de 4kg) 25€! Soit disant pour le nettoyage. Quand on a rendu le bateau ils ont rincé avec l’eau du lac .
Attention , il faut impérativement une caution en espèce .
Ceci dit , pour un sens permis, le bateau a quand 40ch, il est très bien. Ils vous donnent une tablette pour voir ou vous êtes mais la elle s’est éteinte plus de batterie. Faits attention , ça peut aider à respecter la distance de 300m de la côte.
