Rent a sauna has been amazing from enqueries to delivery and set up of the sauna. Not complicated the sauna is great and the service is amazing.

We absolutely love our 3 person nook sauna!
Very easy process, it arrived on the time they said it would! It’s a quality product with extremely quick and easy installation. The installers were really kind and easy to talk to and gave me all the information I needed!
The follow up check in after as well shows how great they are with customer service !

I am very with my Nook Sauna. From the first point of contact the staff I dealt with were lovely. The delivery personnel were very accommodating and kept in contact with us right through to the installation. Such a smooth transaction. The sauna itself is amazing. It has exceeded my expectations. I did some research and the Nook sauna was by far the best bang for your buck. The customer service by all involved was top notch. Very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend.

I was looking for an infrared sauna for a long time. There are so many brands out there and prices can vary wildly so I was taking my time to do my research, until one day I was just talking to one of the moms from my son’s school and she mentioned Nook. She said she rented hers for 4 weeks and loved it so much that she decided to purchase it.
I contacted nook the next day and went ahead with the renting process. It took them about 3 weeks to deliver my sauna, the communication was great, the boys that delivered and installed my sauna were absolutely amazing and now I have my own infrared! After 3 days my husband and I knew we were ready to purchase it. We couldn’t believe how easy everything was, and how beautiful the sauna looks! We got the 3 person one that is big enough for me to lie down with my knees bent also comfortable for my husband. There is Bluetooth which I play some meditation music or sometimes listen to my audiobook. A+!!!! 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommended it!!!

What a disappointing outcome, trying to resolve an accounts issue, simply asking for a statement as we have dishonored amounts while a positive account bank balance has now turned into debit collection and legal from the CFO. Seem excessive - Customer Series is one star. I tried to call and asked to be called but they would only hide behind emails

We are very happy with our one person sauna from Nook Saunas!! The customer services excellent and the delivery and set up was very quick and efficient.
Even though our delivery time was a little longer than we would have liked, I'm still giving this five Star review as I would assume being such good value for money the demand is very high.

We researched so many infrared saunas & so happy we went with Nook. The heat panels are amazing and the quality of the sauna is really good compared to some others I’ve been in.

Sauna was on time the install was quick in and out in 20 mins and easy to deal with.

The team were fantastic to deal with—super accommodating and quick to respond. They set up the sauna smoothly and even made it easy for me to upgrade to a larger model. Couldn’t recommend them more for both service and flexibility!

Please read email chain. This company is ripping you off and won't answer basic questions.

If I am buying the sauna I don't want a second hand one. I want a new one. How does this work? Will I still get my rental amount deducted if I say I want a brand new one? You shouldn't be charging people the cost of a brand new one if it isn't brand new. You will find in consumer law that's actually illegal.

Everything is brilliant about this sauna, delivery and installation, easy to use, beautiful, efficient, Australian owned, very low EMF’s. It is my go to at the end of a working day to take some time out and rejuvenate, what a bonus it’s good for me. Oh and my 88year old father loves it too, it gets that cold out of his bones, and helps his heart health.
