Wederom een auto bij jullie gehuurd. Vanmorgen om 7 uur ingeleverd.
Gemakkelijker dan bij jullie kan het niet. En wat een fantastisch personeel. Altijd correct. Nu voor het eerst rechtstreeks op de Spaanse site geboekt. Best spannend maar wederom super fantastisch geregeld.
Niks geen gezeur over verzekeringen.
En maar 100 euro borg hé. Geweldig in 1 woord.

Where did these people come from....!!!! We are not used to being treated so well, the first time in years that they don't try to sell us anything, and the first time they deliver a car to us and we don't find any fault. Highly qualified customer service staff, charming and professional. It was a pleasure to discover and drive a hybrid and automatic Toyota CHR, and even more pleasure to discover that it only had 20 kilometers. If they were in other locations they would be successful, it's a shame that they only operate in Reus Airport.

Recientemente alquilé un coche con Rentalk50 en el Aeropuerto de Reus y tuve una experiencia fantástica. El proceso de reserva fue fácil y hasta me encontraron una mejor oferta cuando me puse en contacto con ellos. La comunicación fue excelente, con instrucciones claras a través de WhatsApp y un video útil mostrando el punto de recogida. El personal fue amable y eficiente, y el coche estaba en excelentes condiciones, sin cargos adicionales ocultos.

Esta fue la segunda vez que alquilé con Rentalk50 en el Aeropuerto de Reus y su servicio ha sido consistentemente excelente. I recently rented a car from Rentalk50 at Reus Airport and had a fantastic experience. The booking process was easy, and they even found me a better deal when I reached out. Communication was excellent, with clear instructions via WhatsApp and a helpful video showing the collection point. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the car was in great condition with no hidden extras.

Great communication regarding picking the car up. Kept up to date through WhatsApp and could contact through that. Someone was waiting for us in the car park exactly where we had been told, there is no office, and had monitored our flight to ensure they were there when needed. Very straightforward with no pushy upsell. Great car, Toyota Yaris hybrid. Dropoff was just as easy and fuss free. Would definitely use Rentalk50 again.

Vam acudir a RentalK50 per recomanació, ja que teníem un viatge a Gran Canària i volíem llogar un cotxe allà, però la majoria d'empreses ens demanaven massa diners de franquícia i estàvem preocupats. Ens va atendre el Pep i tot que vam anar amb pocs dies d'antelació i ja no quedaven cotxes per llogar a la majoria d'empreses associades amb ells, es va preocupar en buscar totes les opcions possibles per poder trobar-nos un cotxe. A més es va centrar totalment a les nostres necessitats i en trobar un cotxe perfecte, adequat, assequible de preu i sense franquícia per a nosaltres. Va ser un gran professional, molt resolutiu i amb una atenció cap a nosaltres excel·lent. L'experiència amb l'empresa que ens va contractar i amb el cotxe ha sigut magnífica, ens va agradar molt el cotxe i no vam tenir cap problema. A més va ser tot rapidíssim i pràctic en tenir la reserva ja feta i vam poder afegir un segon conductor sense cap preu extra. No tenim cap queixa, estem molt molt contents i tenim clar que a partir d'ara qualsevol cotxe que necessitem acudirem a ells per poder llogar-lo. Molta gràcies RentalK50!!

Acudimos a RentalK50 por recomendación, puesto que teníamos un viaje a Gran Canaria y queríamos alquilar un coche allí, pero la mayoría de empresas nos pedían demasiado dinero de franquicia y estábamos preocupados. Nos atendió Pep y aunque fuimos con pocos días de antelación y ya no quedaban coches para alquilar a la mayoría de empresas asociadas con ellos, se preocupó en buscar todas las opciones posibles para poder encontrarnos un coche. Además se centró totalmente a nuestras necesidades y en encontrar un coche perfecto, adecuado, asequible de precio y sin franquicia para nosotros. Fue un gran profesional, muy resolutivo y con una atención hacia nosotros excelente. La experiencia con la empresa que nos contrató y con el coche ha sido magnífica, nos gustó mucho el coche y no tuvimos ningún problema. Además fue todo rapidísimo y práctico al tener la reserva ya hecha y pudimos añadir un segundo conductor sin ningún precio extra. No tenemos ninguna queja, estamos muy muy contentos y tenemos claro que a partir de ahora cualquier coche que necesitamos acudiremos a ellos para poder alquilar-lo. Muchísimas gracias RentalK50!!

Our flight from Liverpool on Sunday 25th September was delayed by 90 minutes. Natalie waited for us, unlike GoldCar who had closed their office and gone home, leaving a number of customers without a car. Second time I have used RentalK50, both have been a great experience which to be honest is a bit unusual in Spain these days. No trying to con you into using their insurance, just a great service from lovely people. In future when we fly into Reus there is only one car hire company for us.

I am extremely grateful to Rentalk50 and their representative, Natalie.
Our flight was delayed by over 3 hours and did not arrive at Reus airport until 00.30hrs. Despite this, Natalie rang me at Manchester Airport, to discuss what options were available to me. I explained that I desperately needed the car to be available when I arrived, as I needed to get to my accommodation 50 miles away. Natalie, remained at Reus airport 4 hours beyond her contracted hours to wait for me and handover the car. What amazing service, still can't quite believe that someone would put themselves out to that degree..... Thank you

Todo fue muy efectivo y ágil tanto en la reserva como en la entrega del vehículo y posterior devolución, así como en la prorroga de un día más del alquiler del mismo.

Best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Car was exact model booked as opposed to similar. Rentalk50 staff met me at the airport on arrival and departure and used WhatsApp to great effect for communication. Staff were very courteous and professional. Car was new and spotless. Would 100% use them again and highly recommend!
