Dr Money is only about the Money
Dr Money is only about the Money. I made an appointment at 9pm, which I thought was a bit strange, I was home and forgot. Dr Money charged me $300 for my missed appointment. I was good with her charging me, but $300. I can not recommend this place or her as a Dr. I am a widow and work over 40 a week to get by. It took me over a whole shift to pay for me forgetting. No reminder or text either.

Our missed appointment policy is in place because late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other patients who may need care. The fee associated with missed appointments is outlined when appointments are scheduled, and we strive to be consistent and fair in applying this policy.
We’d also like to clarify that appointment times are selected by clients based on their availability. We offer a wide range of appointment options, including evening hours, to accommodate individuals across multiple time zones and varying schedules.
It's unfortunate that we received a one star review for a client missing an appointment, when our service was otherwise satisfactory. We value every patient and the trust they place in us. our practice. We’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and see if there’s anything we can do to address your concerns. Please feel free to contact our office so we can look into this further.
