Gus was thorough and knowledgeable.

The engineer contacted me to state they were on their way with an expected arrival time. They were very friendly, polite, put covers on their shoes whilst in our property and carried out the boiler service with no issues.

As part of our Corgi/OVO central heating plan, he carried out our annual service and central heating checks. All done efficiently with a minimum of disruption and fuss. Recommended.

Plumber mentioned he didn't have any experience with Tado systems and was short with me when I was asking him questions to try and understand what he needed me to do. He seemed content to pass the boiler check without having checked that the heating was working. Overall fine but not great.

The reply to this review mentions a smart meter. We don't have a smart meter so I'm not sure what they're on about.

Last 2 time very bad experience, the technician was not so skilled, recommended to change parts the don't needed. No so clear on the bill, overcharged, for my opinion, with silly excuse .

Their staff are always polite and helpful and only advise whatever is essential. No pressure to have work done that isn't neccesary.

I always request Rene plumbing by contacting Corgi. Gus is very friendly, professional and thorough and has now been servicing our boiler for a number of years.

I use Rene plumbing many times for jobs big and small. I always ask for Gus the plumber who is always willing to give 100per cent to all the work he does. He is very happy to use PPE regards covid even though he does not have to use masks now. Very reliable thorough and informative Will use him again In the future.
