I really liked the good companies and the environments that Remoteplatz can offer for you and they also respect the timeline they promised for the hiring process, also for the payment is okay despite rarely delaying at sometimes but it still somehow acceptable.

But some of the benefits that they promised to offer are not matched yet such as taxes and insurance benefits, they are also still don't provide any office allowance and learning budget for the employee although it was discussed many times with us that they will do their best to provide like they initially told us they will try to provide us by time, also some problems related to the current salaries with the market (despite it was acceptable two years ago) but it needs to have another look and adjustments, and also the salaries increases are not clear enough and with me it took a long process with the company and Remoteplatz to happen.

To be fair the overall rating for me is between 3 and 4, but now I am going to make it 4 and maybe will back again to evaluate again in the future, so let's see!
