I am really happy with the quality of my HD Lagos closure it’s excellent quality. The service is incredible I am really impressed. I firstly received the wrong closure and i contacted the company and they requested a few things to confirm if it’s really a wrong closure. The next day someone from the office contacted me, sorted everything and they picked up the wrong product. Within the 7 working days i had the right order delivered in Empangeni. Their communication and assurances made this incident very stress free and was swiftly resolved. I am so grateful for that they went above and beyond my expectations.

Worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done , they even went as far as sending an apology, do not get your hair done by them , they butchered my bundles completely, took 5 hours to install the hair because the stylist didn’t know how, it was a disaster
