Like so many others, I ordered a 3 pack set of glasses from this company back in January & still no sign of them. The tracking indicates that the package is stuck in Edinburgh since 23rd Feb and no further update. I’ve asked for an update through their ‘support’ email but received nothing. Feels like a scam though I’d like to be proved wrong. I’d advise folks to steer clear of this company until they’ve shown they are a reliable service. Way too many complaints. Wish I’d read them before I wasted my money

Ordered over 6 weeks ago and it’s still not arrived!! Looking at the tracking its stuck since 23rd Feb in Birmingham and no further update.

I, sadly too have fallen into the scam trap of this company! Your products WONT arrive so please don’t order for them.
I naively ordered the 3 pack of glasses on the 1st Feb 2026, the package ‘allegedly’ arrived in the UK on the 28/2 in Lincoln with no further information!

I ordered 3 reading glasses 3 months ago and they still haven't arrived. They are refusing to refund me as they say the glasses are stuck in customs which isn't their fault. This is clearly a very dodgy company which I would not recommend!

I ordered a 3 pack of reading glasses over a month ago, they have still not arrived, I have been getting regular tracking updates, apparently they arrived in the UK over a week ago and are in Oxfordshire. I have no idea where the package is at the moment. Also on checking my bank account the cost of my order was £15.48 but they have taken £19.35 out my bank account. Not a lot of money I understand, but they were not authorised to do this. I have contacted them and they are apparently looking into this. I am not expecting the glasses to arrive now, but I would not recommend and will never order from them again

I ordered some glasses over a month ago. Haven’t received anything and apparently I should just wait patiently. DO NOT ORDER from here. Waste of money.

Bought some glasses. I think a snail would be quicker 2 months so far. Now at a random house in Edinburgh after tracellling the world. They send you tracking updates which are quite entertaining. You can see it just shoved in a warehouse with all the other cheap things sent from china.

It has been 2 months if not longer and still not received my order,there is no updates on the tracking, emailed customer service, they said please be patient and wait disgusting

It would be no stars for this company if that was the option .
Do not use this company . I have tried over the past 2 days to sort a complaint out , but so far have been offered £2.00 compensation and £3.00 compensation. This store is selling a popular jumper . It uses the advert from good honest sellers to advertise this jumper and they send out a look alike one that is, of poor quality and the size of it does not match the description.
This company is in China and not an American company as depicted on their website .
Do not buy from them , they take your money and run . I wished I had paid via my credit card rather than using PayPal , then at least I could have some chance of having my money refunded from these people.

I have tried putting up reviews , the jumper I bought , on their website , but they have been taken down . Be warned !!!

These shoes are a bit wider than most, but they're comfortable and a good fit. They're made well enough to let our granddaughter grow out of them before wearing them out.

The shoe was made well, the color is beautiful for summer. I wore them to a outdoor graduation!

Ordered a jumper 6 weeks ago - no sign of it and they just keep sending the same copy and paste answer that it is delayed. Doubt I'll ever see it

Best sandals i ever had ! True to fit and color. I wore them almost every night on my trip to Spain and soooo comfortable !

It is a really nice hat. It is thick and the decorations on it are great. It is made of a nice quality felt. The mask is made of a thicker, soft type of lace and it is very nice. Great for a Halloween party.

If I could give zero stars I would, this is an absolute con, a very bad copy of a popular jumper, and they Insult me by offering me £2??????

awful copy of a very popular asymmetric jumper. They have totally misold this product. Very poor quality. Unwearable. I will be cancelling my charge. Took weeks to arrive. Please do not buy.

If you pay by your credit card ask your credit card company to do a chargeback
