From Quotation, to service completion everything was professional and 1st Class. Gary (owner) & Team replaced all my gutters/facia & soffits in a timely manner, they had an excellent work ethic by being trustworthy, respectful of the property and cleaned up as they went along, so no H&S issues or ugly mess. The products used were top quality and the finished job was perfect. Gary went beyond expectations by recolouring ugly grey pointing from a previous supplier to ensure it blended in with the roof colour. They love their work and it shows, happy workforce makes them a great team. Will definitely recommend and use them again soon. They are expert in their field and it shows. I wish I could be in a position to add to the 5 Star reviews of this company but unfortunately I cannot. Remedy Roofing was recommended to me and I was further heartened by the excellent reviews on Trustpilot. When Gary came to assess my roof I thought he seemed such a nice person and was impressed by his professionalism. He reassured me that the problems with the area of flat roof were not as serious or hard to fix as I had feared. In view of the fact that this was mid January I expected that he would be too busy to complete the work soon but, after consulting the weather forecast on his phone, he said that he could carry out the repairs the following week. At this point, I was very optimistic that my roof would soon be weathertight so I waited, and waited and no-one came, nor was there any communication by phone or text. If he hadn't wanted to do the work I would have much preferred if he had just said so at the time. Because he seemed such a thoroughly decent person, it is all the more disappointing. It seems we can no longer use the term 'common courtesy' these days as courtesy appears to be a rare commodity. Meanwhile, my search continues for a reliable roofer.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary, he recently came out to us after a recommendation from a colleague. He quickly identified our problem (after another roofer had missed it) and made arrangements to come back and rectify it promptly. Gary also checked our render and painted our guttering and down pipe; it now looks brand new. Gary was a pleasure to deal with and his communication was great.

Gary McLean of Remedy was helpful and professional explaining in detail what he would do, never pushy. Happy to make more that one visit to clarify any points. The new roof was installed with efficiency by friendly tradesmen who were happy to please at all times. The site was left tidy at the end of each working day. Gary is prompt at responding to communications requesting his assistance. With Scottish weather, it is not always possible for him to attend when planned. He is keen to understand what roofing issues there are and takes time to explain what repairs he and his team have carried out

Gary and his team replaced my roof, including the flat roofs and cladding on 2 dormers. They also repaired some damaged areas of rough cast. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They worked hard through pretty rotten weather conditions and still achieved an immaculate finish. They always turned up when they said they would, and left my home clean, tidy, and much improved.

Gary and co did a great job. They worked very hard and completed the work much quicker than I expected. I would recommend the company very highly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I can’t recommend Gary and Remedy Roofing highly enough. Our dormer windows were badly in need of restoration and the work that Remedy has done far exceeded expectations. Both dormers were completely stripped backed and are now finished with wood grain PVC weatherboard to match rest of house. The guys themselves were extremely reliable they came when they said they would, worked continuously and are very tidy workmen. The communications with Gary were also to a very high standard. Highly recommend.
