Kishan and Liam resolved my issue incredibly quickly, within the hour. From the start, they made me feel completely at ease. Even though I initially felt a bit silly, they reassured me that I’d done nothing wrong and that these things can happen to anyone.
They were warm, friendly, and really encouraging throughout the whole process. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, once they accessed my laptop, the problem was fixed almost immediately.
