W221 amplifier not behaving, called and told to send it in. If they couldn't fix it, no charge. 4 days later (with weekend) module returned and problem solved, fantastic communication and service.

I was lead to believe that my Speedo was beyond repair and needed to be returned to Porsche for an expensive exchange so I went to Remanx. Absolutely brilliant they sorted it quickly and efficiently and for a set price. He even broke off his annual leave to do the job.

Fast service. Polite, genuine could have charged me for the repair, but no, I got a phone call to say my amp’ was repaired under warranty 7 months since they originally fixed it for me. Matt, you your company are what good business is all about. Fantastic.

Alas, I have to reduce my praise below for Remanx.
My ABS pump, repaired by Remanx under warranty, was retested and no fault found.
I needed advice as to what the next procedure could be and if not within the warranty then how much that would cost.
Our telephone conversation was cut off by my mishandling of my mobile but when I redialled I was ignored. Matt did not take the time to call back.
Oh dear. Such a weak response from a company I had began to value.
I need open-ended dialogue with ‘experts’ in order to consider my options.

My first review 12/5/2026
1. Repaired my ABS pump for Sprinter. Quick collection and quick return.
2. Year later, fault indicators, sent it back but no fault found. So possibly an error in the van circuit missed by the mechanic.
3. In these circumstances, relying on the experts to get results so can plan schedules, it is so necessary for patience and understanding from them.
4. Matt at Remanx has bucketfulls of that. Reassuring and engages well.
Cannot fault this company and its staff!

I received a prompt return phone call after sending an Email with symptoms! The whole process was very professional and very slick . From collection to return was less than a week and that included the weekend ! And a very fair Cost too !! I would highly recommend Remanx

Remanx repaired my Ford Mondeo BCM, which was water damaged due to a fault with the windscreen washer motor! A highly professional company with brilliant communication and speed of service. Highly recommended and I would certainly not hesitate in using again. Thank you.

These guys are excellent and would highly recommend them not only for their technical skills but for their honesty and integrity. I sent them my car amplifier for repair and paid upfront. They tested it and said it was working fine and that it was more likely to be a fuse that had gone in the car. So they posted it back to me and refunded most of the money back, and charged only a nominal amount for the diagnostics. I really appreciated their honesty and fair business practice.

I've been searching for a company that could fix our VW t4 instrument cluster and found Remanx. They have been amazing all the way through the process from first contact to receiving it back. I refitted the cluster and everything works as it should. Very quick turnaround, amazing customer service and reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone I can.

had a BMW Harman/Becker amp with water damage repaired. they offered the best price i could find so i chose to use them. amp was repaired and returned to me in just a few days, with great communication. paid over the phone, but had the choice to pay online if i'd wanted to. can't thank them enough. would highly recommend. i passed their details onto my mechanic who fitted the amp for me for future use if need be.
