Reliable Skips Are Indeed Reliable
Reliable Skip hire do exactly what it says on the tin. They are reliable!
Good pre sale and post sale process with automated email sent as soon as the order was confirmed providing extensive details of the delivery and what can and cannot be put into the skip.
The correct size skip arrived on the day it was requested. My only feedback here would be whether a x hour slot can be allocated rather than a blanket it will arrive between 07.00 and 18.00, but this isn’t a deal breaker by any stretch.
The skip was collected on the day it was requested even though the website suggested it could be up to 5 days beyond that date.
Overall a very good service and would recommend.

Brilliant service. Competitive pricing. Skip delivered on time, on date specified on the website.
The skip driver had mad skills, positioned the skip perfectly so I could still use my drive. Pick up was just as good with no drama!
Would recommend and will use again 😊

Svar fra Reliable Skip
Hello Hani,
We're genuinely sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service. It's important to us that all customers have a positive experience, and it seems we've fallen short of this aim in your case. However, I'd like to kindly clarify the situation regarding collection and additional charges. Our policy, which aligns with industry standards across the UK, necessitates clear access and adherence to load limits for safe and efficient skip collection. When these conditions aren't met, it unfortunately results in additional fees, such as the wasted journey fee, to cover the costs of the unsuccessful collection attempt.
We strive to communicate these requirements clearly and remind our customers of their collection dates to avoid any inconvenience or unexpected charges. We acknowledge how frustrating this situation must have been for you and appreciate this feedback as it helps us to improve our communication and service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards, Reliable Skip

Skip collection is chaotic and unreliable
Skip collection is chaotic and completely unreliable. 13 days after the due collection date the skip still sits on my driveway. Despite numerous calls and promises that someone would collect it “today”, no one is calling back or collecting the skip. I had to cancel a couple of long planned bulky deliveries due to my driveway being obstructed. I won’t be using the “Unreliable Skip” again.

Svar fra Reliable Skip
Hello Stefan,
We're genuinely sorry to hear about the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with the delayed collection of your skip. Ensuring timely service is a cornerstone of our business, and it's clear we've fallen short in this instance. The recent challenges at our local depot, including unexpected staff shortages, have unfortunately impacted our usual efficiency. Whilst we strive to manage collections within 3-5 working days, your experience highlights a significant deviation from our standards. We appreciate the disruption this has caused, particularly with your plans for bulky deliveries, and we're truly sorry for any stress incurred. We take your feedback seriously and are actively working on solutions to improve our response times and communication, even during unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards, Reliable Skip
