DO NOT USE RELIABLE PARTS!!! DON'T LISTEN TO DONNA!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Never order from this company. Sorry about the length of this review/rant, but I feel it's justified.
I called Bosch on March 2 to get a replacement handle for my dishwasher. The guy told me it was actually the entire control panel since the handle was built-into it. And it was going to cost about $230. But unfortunately it was on backorder and I wouldn't receive it till mid-late April at the earliest.
Did some online searching. And found what I thought was the part on Reliable Parts website. I called them, which took me three (3) tries before someone answered. Talked to a woman named Donna. She confirmed the part number I was looking at was correct and said "Good news we have one in stock at our Ontario warehouse. It'll take a couple days to get it from there, but you should get it in the next week or two. I'll send you a confirmation email of the order and you should get a courier tracking number in the next day when the label is made".
March 9, I emailed her back and said "Hi, haven't received a courier tracking number yet. Any update on this?" No response!
March 18, emailed her again asking for order confirmation. She replied almost immediately with this exact email.
"Good morning, Good news! It looks like your part has come in today and should be shipped out and you should receive in the next day or 2. You should get a tracking emailed to you at some point when it is labeled and ready to go. Have a great day!"
March 26 (Today) still no part or courier. I sent another email.
"Hi Donna,
Still haven't received the part, or even, a courier tracking update on when I can expect this delivery.
I'll be honest, I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I fully expected to receive this in a week or so when I first ordered it. It's been almost a month with little to no info. "
Again, she replied almost immediately with:
"I understand but on special orders it typically takes 2-4 weeks. Your part is in stock at Bosch so hopefully showing up in the next week. Parts that are special order never only take a week, always 2-4 and sometimes a little longer. We have no stock in our warehouses so are waiting for Bosch to send it out."
I responded with
"Yeah no that's not right. Because I when I told you I called Bosch the morning of March 2 when I ordered with you but they didn't have any in-stock. You said I quote "Good news our warehouse in Ontario has one left in stock". And that was true because I looked online as I was on the phone with you after you gave me the exact part number, and there was one (1) in stock.
This is why I ordered through you, and not though Bosch directly, even though it cost more. You said it would take a couple days to get it from the warehouse and ship to me in the coming days.
So either you didn't have it in stock and took my money as payment for delayed delivery. Or for all I know this is a total scam.
I literally have your email from last week saying it was "ready to ship out and I would get a courier tracking number. And have the part in the next day or two."
I don't know why you feel the need lie and don't say you're not because I have emails to prove it. You can simply be honest and say you didn't have the part in stock. I understand sometimes online stock checks aren't accurate. But you literally lied to me last week.
So I want someone from Reliable Parts management to contact me about this. If I don't receive a email or phone call from someone higher up in the corporate chain in response to this, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint about Reliable Parts and basically claiming this is complete fraud.
And I will be taking this entire email thread to my local Reliable Parts store and let them deal with this, because this is beyond ridiculous.
Thank your time...I will be awaiting a response from a corporate."
She just responded with an email saying "OK, but if there was no stock when you ordered at Bosch there is now. We do not typically have these panels in stock" and proceeded to send me a screenshot from the Bosch website showing it in stock.
I responded with "I need someone in Reliable Parts management to contact me. I will be waiting to hear from them. Thank you"
So, I feel I just got scammed out of $285 and will never see this part for my dishwasher or money again. And now I'm going to have to buy it AGAIN through Bosch.
I know I sound like a complete "Karen" right now. But reading the reviews below, it sounds like I'm not the only one with this kind of treatment. To be completely honest, I don't care if I have to wait for my part. It's the blatant lies that really get my blood boiling.
So, yeah, never use "UnReliable" Parts.
Should change their name to Unreliable Parts
Let me tell you a horror story about this company.
About four months ago I bought a Samsung induction oven. Unfortunately my kid managed to smash the top of it with a frying pan. I called this company to order a new top. It was over $800.00. I got the order confirmation on January 26. When I called to ask for a delivery date they sent me an email saying it would ship to their warehouse on March 6 and it would take 5-10 days to reach their distribution center.
Well, today I called again to find out if the part shipped and I was told it wouldn't be in now until the 4th week of April. No explanation, no apology, and no offer to find out a reliable delivery date from Samsung. Just "That's what the PO says sir". Obviously I was a bit annoyed since I've been without a stovetop for over a month now. When I challenged the representative to tell me if the new date was reliable she hung up on me. I suppose they can get away with this horrendous service because there aren't many options for parts. My suggestion is to try one of the other options. This company has no interest in treating you decently or providing any customer support whatsoever.
Bait and switch?

At pick up they charged me $20 to transfer branch to branch, challenged the charge as it was unauthorized and could be considered bait and switch as they claim to have local inventory.
Company refused to cancel my order and shipped it anyway, charging me.
I canceled an order 10 minutes after placing it and the company shipped the order anyway. I had to go through three people to get them to send a return shipping label as I was not at fault and did not want to pay for shipping. The company sent me a label and I returned the part. When I received my refund, I noticed they did not refund shipping. I confronted them and was told shipping is not refundable. Despicable, predatory business - avoid at all cost.

Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Jackie, I left confident and well taken care of.

I need a couple of replacement parts…PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL
I need a couple of replacement parts for my Whirlpool stove. The stove is almost fifteen years old. I spoke to the 1-800 number first, and was informed that the Caledonia Road location had "1" in stock. I received the direct phone number, and after three or four attempts, I was able to get through. I gave the service man the Model Number, and he confirmed that they had the parts that I required, in stock.
I informed him that I was on my way, but it would take about an hour. I said: keep them for me!
When I arrived, the parts were still available, and, after the person on the counter verified that they were the correct parts, I was on my way.
A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Again told them to cancel order. Radio silence again.
Ordered part, never shipped
Ordered part, never sent it, I called they said I need to pay additional $13 for shipping, weird no email no nothing but ok, paid additional $13, waited 5 days still not shipped. What a scam company with total mess in their systems. Avoid AT ALL COST!
Great Shipping Time
Ordered parts for a washer and they arrived within three business days which was quite reasonable. All of the parts were shipped and correct.
When the order was placed the confirmation email was lacking a tracking number which almost all companies use. I contacted Reliable and received a tracking number about 2 hours before delivery. Could be improved on.
Exceptional Service by Reliable Parts
Less than a week ago, I ordered a part from Reliable Parts and after placing the order I read some of the very negative comments and became apprehensive that I had made a terrible mistake. NO, I had made a very wise decision. Reliable parts informed me when the order was placed, when it was shipped and gave me a delivery date. Today was the date and the part arrived in perfect condition and less than a week after I ordered the part. That is what I call EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and I will never hesitate to order from them again.
Unreliable Parts
I wish I could rate Reliable Parts lower than 1. I ordered a part for my dishwasher and was sent the wrong part. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I was told by Reliable Parts I would have to pay to have it shipped back. I knew the exact part number, but somehow I was sent another one. Shipping cost more than the part. I will never use Reliable Parts again.
"Same day shipping" not really
They advertise "Same day shipping" but it took 6 days to get the part to me.
And the part arrived damaged, their business model to replace the damaged unit is bad, they do not want the part back, instead you have to give info to the support staff which in turn send you an email to advise you on how to proceed (an insurance claim), they do not want to deal with you on the phone. (to be fair the second support staff I talked to was more helpful) You have to submit a claim and IF APPROVED they will issue a refund, which will take another 5-7 days, grrr. I then said I don't want it any more I just want a refund and I'll send the part back. Again they do not want the "damaged part" back and will not issue a refund just an insurance claim.
It OBVIOUSLY made me look for other option, since I kinda needed my washing machine fixed after already 8 days. I looked at Amazon for the same OEM part they sent me (not the original samsung part), it was available for next day delivery for almost $100 cheaper. ($143.91 down to $48.67 exact same part)
I would not recommend unless its your last option.

I ordered a part from Reliable Parts, and the total came to $69.00. I chose to have it shipped to a pickup location, assuming that shipping was included—there was no mention of any additional shipping charges during checkout.
However, after picking up the part, I was surprised to find an extra charge of $19.95 plus 12% tax. Had I known about this upfront, I would have opted to have it shipped directly to my address instead.
I’m really disappointed by the lack of transparency. It feels misleading, especially when the shipping costs are only revealed after the fact.

Just like to let you know how helpful your employee, Danielle (Davis?) was on the phone just now. I think the last name was Davis or Lewis. She just helped me place an order for a part for my fridge that I could not find online. She was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. Ordered a BBQ part 1 month ago and it still has not shipped. Who knows how much longer it will take. Credit card was also charged 3 times
Replacement Electronic Digital Kenmore oven controller card.
Reliable parts helped me search for an oven controller part that turns out was no longer available, even tried next higher assembly. They were most pleasant to deal with.
Then they helped me locate hard to find Weber Genesis grill parts, that were in short supply. Ordered online, pickup in Ottawa Bank street. Great in store staff too.
Don't buy from this crappy company
Don't buy from this crappy company. You won't get your parts and they won't answer the phone. Treat them like drugs...just say no!
