If you're receiving calls from a…

If you're receiving calls from a company who calls themselves Gemini funding, this is the company that's actually calling you. RelFi has been harassing me for months and months. I filed one lawsuit against them and they settled it because I implicated the owner's personally. I filed a second lawsuit after they have removed the directors in order to avoid accountability, and now they are ignoring a summons and complaint from the courts. This is exactly the kind of company that's going to destroy your business if you take a loan from them. If a company in the United States won't respond to a summons and complaint, that means you have no recourse when they screw up your business. This company is dangerous. What they really need is a class action lawsuit to teach them to harass people with incessant phone calls. If you have been getting phone calls from this company, seek out a TCPA attorney and collect the money that's rightfully owed to you in accordance with the law. Spamming is illegal and this company just doesn't stop even after multiple demands to stop and even a lawsuit. This is knowledge and willfulness.
This company cares neither about your privacy nor the law and they are absolutely going to cause you lots of problems if you take a loan from them. Also, I can assure you that these are not quality loans. These are borderline loan shark loans that you have to pay back weekly. Participating in anything with this company is just about the most dangerous thing you can do for your business. If a company doesn't respond to court orders, you don't want to do business with them. Only criminals don't respond to court orders.
