I've met several members of the Rejigg team(in person and on calls) and have always found them genuine and trying to build a platform that works for all parties involved. I think their model is desperately needed in today's smb acquisition market and they are the best tool I've found. There are other tools out there but not as reliable or with their level of service.

Their proactive approach means that searchers and search funds (among others) can save themselves the time, energy, and cost associated with cold outreach. Business owners, on the other hand, can skip the intermediaries and speak directly with prospective buyers to gain market insights first-hand. I've been able to connect with several business owners and have had great conversations, currently working on a second LOI from an introduction I had on the platform.
