Reilly The Titanium Bike Co Anmeldelser

They always do an incredible very personalized job. Quality of the bikes is incredible, definitely a forever bike.

Ordered with high expectations (and price, to be honest). Delay after delay that were not their fault in all fairness. The way they handled my queries was very creditable and they made gestures of goodwill, which are much appreciated. The bike (Fusion frameset with SRAM AXS, built up locally) is excellent and well worth the delay. Highly recommended and i couldn't ask for more 👌

great customer service from Reilly as always!

Not only are Reilly Titanium bikes excellent - they are top quality, well finished, they ride very well, are supper smooth - but the company gives excellent customer service. They even sent me a hand written letter with an alternative headset with some instructions for installtion. Top marks.

This was a great buying experience, so much better than the competitors I looked at. The attention to detail of the Chris and the team was fantastic. It meant I got the bike I wanted. Can't recommend them highly enough.

There is something incredibly special about watching a new bike come to life, especially when it is crafted by a team that cares about every single millimetre.

We recently spent some time with the amazing crew at Reilly to get our hands on the Reilly Reflex.

From the second we walked in, their attention to detail and pure dedication to customer service blew us away.

A massive thank you to everyone at Reilly for looking after us so well and making this build so memorable.

Having always wanted a Titanium framed road bike I did some research on the various brands and models out there on the market. I looked at many online reviews and put a message out on a Titanium bike facebook page to get views from others, with many people mentioning Reilly. I therefore decided to make a weekend of it to drive down to Reilly HQ and booked in for a test ride on a Saturday afternoon. The place is not like your usual bike shop and has a great laid back vibe. I met Ed and Chris on arrival and was able to view the Reilly range and discuss options with them. After a freshly ground coffee and pastries, I spent time with Chris who did a personalised bike fit and I took out a bike for a test ride on the local roads. Shortly after this I placed my order and chose the groupset, wheels, colour schemes etc. Although I have had to wait for the frame to arrive as wanted the new model Spectre, the wait has so been worth it. The bike is amazing, looks superb, with great attention to detail. The customer service you get from Ed and Chris and the rest of the team is fantastic. They really do care for their customers and you get a bespoke and personal service and experience. They are both cycling enthusiasts and understand what the customer wants. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Whilst there may be cheaper options out there, the quality of the frames, the level of customer service, is in my opinion second to none and worth every penny. If you’re in the market for a Titanium bike then you should certainly give Reilly a go. I’d thoroughly recommend them and would certainly use them again!

I had to make a warranty claim and Reilly could not have been more accommodating. Great bunch of people at Reilly. Support your local bike shop!

I met the Reilly team at the Gralloch this year I had a test ride ..they were both very helpful all communication has been brilliant. We discussed my forever gravel build they have an excellent passion for their bikes and their customers. I purchased the Reflex as a frame and forks ..it has been custom painted. Ed has answered all my question and I feel is always on hand if I have any questions during my build which is a lovely comfort that money can not buy. If your are looking for excellent service and a team which value their customers you can not go wrong with Reilly
