Great value bike for my 10yo
Great value bike for my 10yo. Chose click and collect option and bike available as advised when collected. Claims by Reid that it would be '...fully assembled by a bike mechanic and ready to ride" inaccurate as tyres not inflated properly, brakes not set up properly and front derailleur not aligned.

BUY THIS BIKE ITS AMAZING
My bike is absolutely amazing I am a teen living near the beach so its perfect when i want to go for a ride with my friends to local rock pools and beaches. It’s perfect with the basket so i can put everything I need for a beach day inside. BEST BIKE EVER and very affordable since i am trying to save my money for a car, I didn’t feel guilty buying it and the quality is amazing.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and never tried to push me into a sale. Was very happy with the bike I bought there.... excellent value for the spec and it has served me well. Will definitely go back when it's time for an upgrade.

So I really purchased lights that were a promotion, only had to pay shipping. Thanks by the way , for my use they can be seen and I can see with limitations.

MTB Pro 27.5" Disc Mountain Bike
I have bought a 7 * MTB Pro 27.5" Disc Mountain Bike, The Costumer service at Stanmore, NSW Store was great. Help me with selecting a bike as I was buying these bikes for riders of different heights. I would happily recommend this store for buying Reid bikes. Hope bikes will be good as their customer service. I will write another review for Bikes after a month of Ride.

I purchased a bike online from Reid Cycle's website. Delivery was quick and assembly was relatively simple, but unfortunately it was not the bike for me.
Reid Cycles were happy to accept the return within the 30 days return policy and I received a full refund.

Hi Ashley, It is really important the pedals are done up tight as per our Assembly Guides. Failure to do so can cause damage to your bike. A local bike shop will be able to help you here.
Good store
Simple online ordering process, good communication, items delivered in line with expectations re: timing, products are as expected.
Also good interaction between online and physical stores - I was able to take it to local physical store to get help with configuring the brakes etc.
