Friendly and helpful , to a point , but expensive and not very helpful when i made very occasional errors in appointments and scheduling

They let me know about an appointment last minute and when i forgot was charged £150 AN HOUR ! My friends and i were aghast at that , that was a shame as i always pay immediately

Also after almost a year and over 5 grand i really haven’t progressed nearly as much as i hoped , to be fair my medical condition is pretty untreatable through conventional means so i can’t blame them

I have 4 extremely helpful friends who regularly take me out for long walks and found them to be of more help overall , i am extremely fortunate as 3 of them are trained professionals themselves … i guess I’m a lucky chap to have found them .. very lucky indeed

So overall a very nice friendly team , up to a point

But i have decided to be more proactive personally and investigate alternative methods of treatment such as acupuncture , Chinese medicine etc etc

I would still recommend them , but i would also suggest additional alternative remedies and medical treatments in conjunction with more traditional physiotherapy as well as finding a helpful local support network

Due to peripheral neuropathy I have trouble walking , the team here are very efficient and so nice to work with

They visit me at my flat and gym and I am progressing very well.. excellent

Quality Results: We were unsure how much progress we would see during my mother's stay, so we were delighted to see dramatic improvements in her strength, balance and confidence in this short period. During this period, she became able to regularly use the stairs (2 floors) without having to rest immediately afterwards, as well as building the capacity and confidence to walk (sometimes unaided) in the streets, and cook (almost unsupervised) in the kitchen. This was a step change from her progress over the past 2 years.

Professionalism: Joe manages every aspect of his work with the utmost professionalism, from clear and timely communication, to careful consideration of his client's needs and concerns. In our case, my mother was in an unfamiliar country and environment for the first time since her stroke, and Joe's confident and caring approach was crucial in putting her at easy. Overall, his manner was attentive, kind and patient. Beyond this, Joe managed to create a productive and joyful atmosphere during his therapy, somehow without disrupting everyone else getting on with their lives and work in our small apartment.

Good Value: Joe's background in public health in Australia gives him surprisingly long and varied experience for his years. This additional knowledge and experience brings extra value to his work.

I needed a prompt course of therapy after a total hip replacement. The lovely physio from Rehab came to my home soon after my discharge from hospital. She made a thorough assessment of my needs and gave some useful advice on adjustments including technique on the inital basic exercises. She returned after my check up with the surgeon and we moved on to a more challenging regime of exercises which have helped to restore muscle strength very effectively. Throughout the service from RehabPhysioLondon has been friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you

I would highly recommend this company very professional and provide an excellent service, after one session of physio I was given excellent advice of how to solve my discomfort.

I was looking for a private physio post my father's open-heart surgery. I came across RPL, within a few hours of putting in a request, I received a call from Lucy to explain the process, costs and expectations. Within a day, she sent me a shortlist of the recommended physio's and in a matter of few days, I had Sonja in my home. Sonja is a fantastic physio, with great ability to push patients without making it intolerable. She had my father walking within weeks and 80% mobility within 6 weeks. I can't thank her enough.

The attention I got from Winston at Rehab Physio was excellent and I really appreciated having treatment in my own home. My only reservation was the cost. A home based service should, of course, cost more, I'm just not sure whether double the price of a clinic based service is 100% appropriate. Nevertheless, I would approach this outfit again, should I need them in the future.

Everything about working with RPL has been fantastic. I was so lucky to have them recommended to me and to have such a great physio, Gemma, to help me. I honestly believe that my physical recovery would not have been anywhere near as complete without her input. My advice to anyone overcoming a trauma such as stroke would be to use RPL as often as possible.

Your service was very good. The physio understood about my mothers needs and was brilliant with her, gentle and understanding.

Very efficient with appointments and invoices. The physio who came was knowledgeable and friendly, making the sessions enjoyable and very effective. The benefits of having the physio at home were really worth it. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Having worked with the team and the excellent Physio Tammy, I am so pleased with the organization and the service from them. Tammy's Knowledge approach and encouragement has helped me through two procedures and her knowledge and support fantastic. I cannot rate them high enough and would re use them in a heart beat if I ever needed to.

Very positive experience with Rehab Physio London. Right from the get go they were incredibly friendly and proactive. They walked me through every step and had a physio working with me within 3 days of contacting them. The physio has been super. He's been incredibly encouraging and within a week I could see a huge improvement in my shoulder. Always available for advice outside of the appt too. I would recommend RPL to anyone requiring physio. Top bananas! 👌

My physiotherapy assessment was professional and thorough with a subsequent clear report for my specialist. My physiotherapist prepared my exercise plan and helped me with all my planned exercises.

Gemma, Tammy, Barry and the entire team at Rehab Physio London are seriously awesome! They have been helping a family member with some physiotherapy for the past three months, and to be honest we have been absolutely thrilled to have found them around, and to watch them help improve my family members physical abilities, after a hospital admission.

My family and I have found them to be consummate physical therapists, extremely warm and caring, as well as experts in their field. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and we recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for this type of help.
