They are not clear in their advertising that they are charging in US dollars. I thought it was New Zealand dollars. Then they overcharged me in the conversion. They refunded the overcharged amount but I had to apply.

The product turned out to be a grinder for fingernails only. I tried to return it but was quoted by them $20-$30 postage to China. They offered $3 compensation and I could keep the product, which in the end I accepted but I’m out $50 for two items that sell on Temu for under $6 each.

The purchase and delivery went well. Because of arthritis in my hands I have some difficulty putting
the product in my shoes but hope that will improve
with familiarity

Aside from taking a long time to arrive, the experience was very good. The company was very good at tracking th product and kept me up to date on it progress.

When this item said mop, I expected it to be long enough for someone who’s of average height to be able to use it. I am 5 foot six and had to really hunch over because the pole was so short. I wouldn’t mind an extra piece so that it would be easier to use. With that said, I love the idea of how I can just use a cloth to mop my floor.
