They made mistakes in the company name during the registration, they push us to get services worth 80000 and now they demans additional amount for correcting the issues their members made

Bad service. Pushy sales, false promises, no help after payment. Total scam, avoid!

I engaged RegisterKaro for company incorporation services, but the experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

The incorporation process has not progressed as expected, and there has been significant delay in completing even the initial stages.

Despite this, I continue to receive multiple calls promoting additional paid services, which is not appropriate when the primary service itself is still pending.

I have also faced multiple operational issues:

1. Phone calls are not being answered

2. The portal chat feature is not functioning correctly

3. Support tickets raised to resolve communication issues remain unresolved

4. There is no clear communication channel with the incorporation team

Because of these issues, the incorporation process is not moving forward, which is causing unnecessary delays in my business plans.

I hope RegisterKaro addresses this issue quickly and completes the incorporation process as committed.

They have lot of negative comments in reddit with real time users saying they are fraud. But I was contacting them for Virtual spaces and office registration. Their pushy sales team was giving me deadlines to pay. I found this as red flag because they were calling again and again prodding me to pay fast. In course of talk they casually mentioned that they will be referring to CA and I have to follow up with them after that. So there was no transparency from beginning and intimidating me for payment plus many many customers saying they block the call after taking money all made me decide not to go with them

RegisterKaro has been the worst service experience of my life. They took my money, promised delivery, and then completely vanished. No responses to emails. No callbacks. No accountability. No ownership. Just silence.

Customer support is beyond useless — it feels like speaking into a black hole. No one takes responsibility, no one follows up, and no one seems to care that customers are being left in the dark after taking their money.

I’ve followed up countless times (emails, calls, reminders), and not a single person from the company has had the decency to reach out. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their ethics and professionalism — or complete lack of it.

This company operates like a scam in my experience: take payment first, disappear later. Zero transparency. Zero integrity. Zero customer care.

I am now in the process of raising a formal complaint with the relevant authorities, because this kind of behaviour should not be allowed to continue.

If you value your money, time, and sanity — stay far away from RegisterKaro. There are plenty of legitimate service providers out there. This is not one of them.

I had my LLP registration done from Register Karo, and my experience was pathetic!, they are the worst company for this job, I had an LLP registered and they took around 2 months for this, and put my email id wrong because of which I did not receive my pan card for the company, I got my LLP registered in Oct and I am writing this review in Jan 2026, since the registration I was trying to get my email Id rectified, at the end In Jan 2026 I did it myself. My company bank account opening is delayed for 2 months because of this also my startup and MSME registration.

Register Karo is a company of careless and egoistic people, who only care about money. Their team never replies neither on portal on their website, nor Whatsapp and not even on calls, they msg you as late as 1 am in the morning for payment. Their customer support never listens to you only support their team.

From Sept till January, only document I have is incorporation certificate but paid them for LLP registration, startup India certification and MSME registration and GST number. only the COI I have everything else is pending for 4 months.

They team behave badly, shout at you on calls and argues with you when you tell them the problems you are facing because of them.

I read bad reviews about them but still went for their services this was my fault. They as a company are nothing but unprofessional and careless people

The company has issued GST invoices to me; however, the GST mentioned in those invoices has not been deposited with the government. It has been more than six months, but the corresponding input tax credit has still not been reflected in my GST portal.

Apart from this issue, there has been noticeable delay in work timelines. While there are no major problems in the execution of work, the overall support system is weak and requires significant improvement.

Immediate corrective action is required, especially regarding GST compliance and timely support, to maintain transparency and trust.
