Regions decided to close my small business line of credit with ZERO notifications to me. I have yet to receive a letter or even an email confirming its closure. They claim it's because my monthly payment was late, but the internal payment transfer was initiated 2 days before the payment due date. Their own system took 2 days for an INTERNAL transfer to process the payment. I have submitted my case for review, but I was told that there's nothing they can do despite my being a 10+ year customer.

I tried to deposit a foreign check into my account. The cashier had no idea whatsoever what to do. After about 20 minutes she came to the counter and said it was going to cost between $350 and $400 to complete the transaction, did I want to proceed. The check was for 44 British pounds.. When I tried to yell her that the region's web page stated it would be about $15 to $20 she more or less said i was wrong and what she quoted was correct.I left the bank quickly before i exploded.This is not the first bad experience I have had with this bank.

I’ve been with Regions for over 5 years! They let me know if my card had been compromised, updates on my acct. Great Customer support!

I have been a Regions customer for approximately 15 years, but this experience has convinced me to take my banking elsewhere.

I disputed charges for services that were never provided, yet Regions denied the dispute. Those charges directly led to multiple overdraft fees, which Regions also refused to reimburse despite my long-standing relationship with the bank.

What disappoints me most is the lack of customer service and consideration shown to a loyal customer. I expected much better from Regions and unfortunately can no longer recommend banking with them.

Lender lead us on saying they could help us with a mortgage but in conversation would keep talking and not let customer answer or ask questions. When lender finally figured out they could not help us ,after two credit pulls, they became agitated and were rude and disrespectful to us even when we were trying to figure out what went wrong. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I recently switched my bank account to Regions Bank. I have been surprised by the fact that it takes a full day after depositing my check for it to be approved. I deposited my check on Saturday for the first time and it will be Tuesday before my funds are available, not at all convenient as my last banking experience. I will return to my previous bank and close out this unsavory account Tuesday when I can access my funds. I HIGHLY suggest aginst opening an account with Regions Bank.

Incompetent employees that will not own up to their mistakes.

I've wasted 100$s on Chinese fake ai companies & regions doesn't blink, but a 10$ charge to Google international, the most trustworthy company in the world & regions stops payment for fraud! Imbeciles! Complete & total incompetence.

Beware of using this bank; they have the worst support center For verification, they are asking silly questions like the first date of opening an account, driving license number, the address the full address of your branch where you open the account, and other silly questions if you miss a single piece of information, they will hang up in your face All they ask for the full Social Security number instead of the last four digits Full account number full routing number this is really ridiculous I cannot provide sensitive information to untrusted people after you provide them all the details they tell you they cannot find your account this is really silly question They charge you for every transaction whereas it is free on the other bank if you purchase something online you have to pay $4 if you if they issued a debit card you have to pay $12 it's a free on the others bank if you do transaction from account to an account you have to pay $12 they charge you for everything they will eventually you will find that you are paying 50 to 100 dollar or more every month just for their commissions this is really disgusting a disgusting way of stealing the money of their clients you cannot complain to the supervisors or the managers because they will hang up on your face when you ask them for that very rude very disgusting If you decided to close your bank account they will charge you$25 as I said This is very disgusting it's a free on all the bands

This Bank Account has been nothing but problems and NO ONE at their Customer Service Numbers has been able to resolve an unexplained charge of $23.oo that made my account over drawn...I will be going in person on Wednesday to close this account. They are NOT BANKERS and should not be representing them selves as such... They are just ordinary people at a call center who can not deviate from their script so they just pass you on or disconnect.... Zero answer to simple questions Zero help with disputing this charge no one can figure out... REGIONS BANK SUCKS go to Wells Fargo or BOA you'll be glad that you did

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience at the Regions branch located at 7950 Airport Road in Naples, Florida.

During my visit, Samantha Herald displayed behavior that I found to be highly unprofessional and discourteous toward customers. Her demeanor was rude and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere from the moment customers entered the branch. In addition, her appearance appeared unkempt and did not reflect the professional standards typically expected in a customer-facing banking environment.

When trusting Regions Bank with my annuity account and when I needed to withdraw funds at a time in life that was so stressful they chose to make it even more stressful by making errors in the process to withdraw my funds delaying me receiving my money. The person who handled my request would not even return my phone call or email. I got the run around from Regions and Securian both. Never have I felt so helpless and unheard in my life.

I want too leave Jordan Powell a great review ever since I met that young man he showed me o was important and couple of times with my problems he not only help me he went all the way to make it resolved his attitude made me take my retirement and social security from navy federal and just wanted regions the young man is a 5 star in my book thanks Anthony Frazier 😉

Worst bank ever. They will lock your account without any notices

I have not always been happy with my chosen Bank which is Regions Bank.... But...

Overall, I am Extremely Grateful for the Excellent Customer Service I receive from Regions Bank

Today,

Regions Bank quickly resolved an ongoing fraud commited against me through another finance company

I just couldn't get it to stop!!!

But Regions Bank Did!.... In less than 24 hours

I am grateful to Regions Bank especially when I was helped before by Regions Bank when someone committed fraud against me at a Regions Bank ATM many miles away

I have no idea still how the theft was committed... But I don't need to figure it out to know that I Truly Trust the Dedication and Security that Regions Bank provides for me every day

Awful, they pulled my credit without authorization.

This is the worst bank I have used in my entire life. The worst customer service and the worst online interface. They make it incredibly inconvenient to set up autopay to make it more likely for you to pay interest. Instead of being able to set up auto pay online or even over the phone like most banks you have to call them to have a form MAILED to you which you then have to fill out with your banking information and then go to the post office to MAIL IT BACK. Which is absolutely insane!!! I had set up autopay a long time ago and then didn’t use the card for several months. When I made a $6k purchase on it I assumed my autopay would still be in place but I guess not. One day after my payment due date I noticed my payment wasn’t processed. I immediately paid the entire balance and asked them if they could please waive the interest fee since the autopay wasn’t processed and I paid it 2 days before the statement closing date and they said that wasn’t possible. So now I have to pay interest on $6k when I had the money to pay off the card the entire time they just scam you with the autopay complications. I am closing my account and I will never use this bank again. Just want to warn everyone of this scam artist bank so you can avoid this happening to you too.

While traveling overseas twice this year, they have froze my online banking. The first time I’m about four months ago I was in Turkey. They would not help me on the phone. They said I had to come back and sit across from them in person. So I flew back from Turkey and fixed it and they sent a letter to security and said don’t do this again he’s gonna be traveling for at least six months. Here four months later I’m in Malaysia and they blocked my account again. I called them and they knew exactly who they were talking to because I sat with a bank rep for at least an hour last time. They would not help me and I had to fly back from Malaysia, which is a 33 hour flight spent about $3500, and put up with all the aggravation. Horrible bank.
