Poor quality of the metal card
Poor quality of the metal card, It arrived all dinged up from edges and unfinished. Doesn't seem very professional seems like a new trial based business. Glad I didn't send in my Own card would of doubted the integretiy of my data.

Hello Parth, We're extremely sorry that you received the damaged product. It's not a trial based business, we deal with hundreds of orders, we also work with Corporate companies and Private Clubs. We have spent thousands of dollars to create this business primarily focusing on longevity, quality of service and security. We're not into stealing information which would set us out of business and put us at risks (Jail is not in our bucket list) and we never say its mandatory to engrave card details, its totally a clients choice to engrave it or not and we always suggest all our clients while purchasing to do chip transfer by themselves as it saves their shipping cost of sending their card to us, just in case they're not able to do we do it on their permission, which we had said you too before buying and we never ask for Pin/OTPs.
Also we have clearly mentioned in our Refund and Return Policy that due to the nature of material (Stainless Steel) card might have some minor scratches while production which is totally unavoidable and in case of minor 2-3 scratches we won't be able to replace it.
We always send product pictures and after client's confirmation then only we dispatch it. As you mentioned that your cards edges were bent when you received, which would have got damaged in transit though we pack it in rigid boxes.
So as we had discussed that we would replace the card if you can send us the video of the card condition, which you didn't provided after that our team tried contacting you but there has been no response from your side on this and we won't be able to replace if you can't provide us the details and video proof of card and if its really damaged we will surely replace it asap.
