I accidentally ordered the wrong domain (spelling mistake). I wrote the support, within 15 minutes I got the correct one! On a Sunday night! I didn't expect them to come back over the weekend, but they were extremely fast.
I transferred my two .ly domains from another registrar because of the lack of fast support regarding DNSSEC. The process was easy, though one domain initially failed to transfer because I forgot to remove the client lock. Reg.ly support was very helpful and managed to retry the transfer. Their DNSSEC support is also very fast. I definitely recommend them.

Had a couple issues with the registration where some input on the form was invalid, but since it did a form submit, it didn't retain my password or security answers and I had to re-type those every time. Feels like it should just dynamically check the input on the form before submitting to avoid this in the future. Other than that, it was a clean experience and I do feel confident in the purchase.

I am glad I am able to get a url that is a shortened, vowel-less version of my name. I plan to use it as a URL shortenen on my social media sites, but I am also glad I have full DNS and nameserver access to customize and utilize to my liking.
