I bought an iPhone through Amazon refurb - 6 months later the software was glitching and more and more issues were happening . I contacted Refurbxpress who replied promptly and advised me to return to them and they would diagnose and repair or replace within a week . They contacted me after a couple of days saying they would send a replacement phone … as the exact colour wasn’t available I agreed to a different colour , same model with improved battery health . My replacement phone arrived 1 week after they had received my old phone and it works perfectly. Very happy with customer service all round would recommend!
Smooth delivery from beginning to end. Updates came through all day and the order arrived when it was supposed to. Everything was packed very well and arrived without any problems.
Before I ordered, I contacted the support team to ask a couple of questions about the different options available. They were very clear in their answers and didn’t try to rush me into a decision. Once I had the information I needed ordering was easy.

I went for a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S23 because buying new wasn’t really worth it for me. The phone was delivered in good condition and it has been working well so far. Overall I felt it was good value for money and would happily order from Refurb Xpress again.

Also known as G&I International Ltd this company is badly organised. I ordered an Apple Pencil from them with Royal Mail 24 delivery.
It arrived five days late and after I had left the country. It also arrived in just a plastic bag hardly appropriate for an Apple Pencil.
Refused to take responsibility for this. Made me pay for postage to send it back. Wanted it sent back in a box with loads of labels on that they never used themselves.
What made it worse is that they were completely unclear as to where I should return it to. Return label provided had an incomplete address on it Manchester and then they said a shipping address was in Bolton. But have not yet said which it should go to
Best to avoid them. Will just cost you money. Still waiting for my refund and my postage back
And if you try to message them as they suggest below you get this auto reply back. Need say no more
“Sorry, a policy is in place that prevents your message from being sent.”
They have been sent order details but claim they have no knowledge of me despite my having Several weeks of correspondence with them through the Amazon website. Just gets worse and worse

Bought a Google pixel 8 on back market. 'excellent condition' apparently. Except the charging port doesn't work properly. Don't believe them when they say they complete all the necessary checks. They don't.

Bought a phone from this company and it arrived in ‘perfect’ condition. Just after a year in the battery completely dies and the phone says it is unverified. When I take it to the Apple Store to be fixed they inform it can’t be because the screw holes have been sanded over. Don’t use this company.

Avoid the headache of having any dealings with this company. I wish I'd done my research before using them. They sent me a faulty phone then when I tried to return and get a refund which was down by track and trace and was signed for by someone and photo of proof of delivery, yet tried to claim they hadn't received it. Absolute scammers. Luckily Amazon were able to intervene to get my refund.

If I could give a lower score than 1 i would I placed an order for my mum on 22nd of August 2025 for a black apple iPhone 13 the payment went through for £259.00 and we patiently for the waited over a week then was checking my email to see any updates and I was getting inaccurate information so I decided to look into it further and googled the company this number keeps appearing 07392569183 I have rang this number like 5 times and keeps going to voicemail I left numerous voicemail still no response and I still don’t have the phone which I paid for I won’t people to know if they don’t already this is a shocking fraud app that needs action taking against I was informing the police but they want to know names and other details which I don’t have

⭐ (0/10) - The worst experience I've had. Refurb Xpress is truly awful. I bought a refurbished phone from them that started heating up after only four weeks. The battery swelled and even cracked the screen—I was worried it was going to catch fire. When I contacted them about this serious safety issue, they agreed to take the phone back to "investigate." What followed was four weeks of near silence. I had to repeatedly chase them for any kind of update. Their communication was terrible, and I was left in the dark the entire time. In the end, I had to get Amazon involved to finally get a resolution. It was only because of Amazon's intervention that I finally got my refund. Save yourself the immense stress and hassle, and buy your phone from literally anywhere else.
