Report discrepancy communication
They found reimbursements that were not found by my other vendor, however I found a discrepancy in the report and asked them to review it again.
The communication with the customer rep was not going anywhere and we decided to discontinue with them and to partner with another vendor.

Great company
Hi,
It was a pleasure to work with you. Yet, I have one critique that when someone started a case they should write a professional letter. I would also love to hear an overview of what was done at the end of the audit.
Wishing you all the best,
Matis Friedman
