Refund Sniper: A Breath of Fresh Air
Refund Sniper has been a breath of fresh air. We've used many services and none were as thorough, nor were they as customer oriented as Refund Sniper is.
Chaim has been super helpful in all things partnership with our agency and made connecting them with our clients incredibly easy and seamless. It's a great service we get to provide our clients that is a win-win-win, just like Michael Scott intended it. 😉

Thanks for your review! The reason we billed you $12 is because we reclaimed $41.18 in lost/damaged inventory in your account. According to the data in your account- those were all the eligible discrepancies. As we informed you prior to getting started, the only fee we have is the % based on successful reimbursements which is why you were billed the $12.

They are very thorough/detailed and find dollars I would not either have time for or know how to collect. Looking forward to them expanding!!!
