Wow!! The refund came straight away as soon as I processed it. With that I managed to re order a different size within 5 mins of processing the refund.
Happy customer

I was a long arduous process and I sent it off. Money in the bank.
And then I just checked bank and money plus more gas been taken.
I prefer the other way. Never failed.
Now I have to chase it up!

I was told it was $9.99 for shipping to return my items then they whacked on $7.70 for 'insurance and carbon offset' AFTER I had accepted the refund and processed it.

Good idea, however ended up paying for carbon offset and couldn’t go back and change

Amazing experiance

The company is a SCAM. I was advised by RefundID that I had not returned a shirt, which was the incorrect size, and hence deducted the amount they had previously refunded to my bank account. I contacted RefundID and provided images of the parcel, Auspost receipt and Auspost tracking number. I was advised by RefundID to contact the store from where I bought the shirt. I did this. They have been most helpful, but like me cannot get any answers out of RefundID. I have ended up with no shirt, scammed for money, including paying postage twice, and no answers. Perhaps more worryingly since I provided RefundID with my Medicare details my MyGov account has been accessed by an unknown/unauthorised entity.

Had the same experience as others for Refundid- they were meant to refund my order to Witchery but instead took that money from my account. They are a scam company- have informed my bank, Witchery and will lodge with consumer protection

Refundid has changed the way refunds and returns are managed. It makes the whole process easy, quick, and extra bonus of immediate refund.

I was returning an item back to Witchery when I was faced with Refundid.
I continued with the refund process until I was asked for my full credentials including my license number, at which point I closed the app thinking it was a hoax
If this is going to be used as a mode of refund then we should be advised by Witchery as my contract is with witchery not Refundid. not happy

Always a great experience. Really convenient service, able to get your money back while you post your order back. No waiting for postage timeframes or handling timeframes, just right there in your account!

It appears that Refundid are the nominated method of returning items for Witchery now. I take it Witchery have outsourced their refunds process to this company.

I returned a purchase on 3/12/24 via the Witchery website and was sent through to refundid. I received an immediate email stating that my refund had been processed and would hit my account within 24 hours. To date, over a month later, I am still waiting for the refund to hit my account.

Refundid appears to b one of those companies that makes it as hard as possible to contact them. In the meantime they hold funds that are not theirs. Perhaps that's the business model.
