The Reflux Summit was absolutely amazing! The host Josef is kind and very knowledgeable. I am very grateful he put together such a wonderful informative summit. The speakers were incredible and I learnt so much. This Reflux Summit was a game changer and it helped me immensely with my reflux!

I learn so much at each Summit. Invaluable. The speakers are so knowledgeable and generous in the information they give us listeners. Joseph is a kind and informed interviewer and asks just the right questions. You cannot find this range of professionals in one place anywhere. I am now off my Famotidine, on Reflux Raft, doing everything recommended and feel confident I can improve my health naturally. I decided to contact Dr. Inna Husain and she recommended a Laryngologist who is knowledgeable in LPR in my area. Much appreciative to everyone who worked to put on this year's Summit. I haven't listened to every speaker yet, but since I have the Summit Package, I will.

I want to thank all the experts in the summit and especially Josef for organizing it, it was a very comprehensive and complete summit, covering so many topics through so many speakers.

I really appreciated the relevancy of Josef's questions, his interventions, the way he listened, his enthousiasm even though it may have been late at night considering the time difference with the speakers, and the way all the speakers and Josef expressed themselves onpenly, calmly and sometimes personaly, I loved it!

I have had issues for the last 20 years, took PPI for one year 6 years ago but still is struggling with the symptoms, and thanks to the summit, I can now name as LPR.

I learned so much, I started to maintain a meal journal, reducing my portions and CHEWING (what a revelation!) and food tastes better! And what about the breathing techniques WOW!

And you know what? My sleep is deep since a week, not waking up anymore at 5hAM to cough (my husband thanks you as well !).

I am gratefull for what came out of this week's experience, continue your excellent work !

I did not know about alginates, I got 2 from Amazon to try. I have had GERD 25 years on pantoprozole 2x + axid 2x but have troubles in day & night. I had a meter above stomach valve near 25 yr. Ago, Dr. Scott Wilhoyet said I was in 95% of acid. I am age 82, also type 2 diabetic, & 4 fractures due to fall Oct 28, 2025. I watched about 15 sessions. After so long one PPI, I now consider nexium. I appreciate the input. I wish GP or gastero doctors could get better handle on GERD, reflux, etc. Tx.

So impressed with the summit though a little overwhelmed with the amount of experts. I was looking for more information on Hiatial Hernias, Acid Reflux, and Barrett’s Esophagus. I learned SO much. The experts I listened to were personable, passionate, informative, helpful. I received more than I was looking for on all the topics I was interested in. Also really impressed with Josef’s knowledge and grasp of all the topics. Excellent.

Loved this Summit Reflux! Great speakers and great information. I have LPR and gut issues that have brought this on. Molly Pelletier and Jessica Washington gave me so much information and insight to my issues.

What a brilliant event! Josef and anyone else involved in organising the summit should be hugely proud of what they have achieved. A great selection of experts were interviewed, covering a wide range of topics. Having been diagnosed with Barretts but with PPIs not helping, it was great to hear so many people saying similar. It has given me a push to go back to the doctor and try to get more tests done.
It is so hard to find reliable information online, so thank you for gathering it together for us all!

Very informative series of interviews for a condition that can really get you down. I spent 9 years on reasonably effective PPI treatment despite having a fundoplication in year 5. My symptoms weren't classic GORD symptoms as I had throat, neck and back symptoms rather than heartburn. I tested positive for SIBO 6 months ago and since then with the help of a dietician and antibiotics I have been able to stop PPIs completely. Given the dysbiosis I suffered from I very much intend to work with dieticians to improve my gut microbiome and minimise future symptoms. The interviews in Refluxsummit have been very helpful in improving my understanding and indicating ways forward.

I have IBS, GERD and sliding hiatal hernia. I learned so much from the speakers. I found the TCM talk great as I use it a lot for my own health. It was good to confirm I was on the right track. Also Dr. David Kulla was great. I go to an Integrative Medicine Chiro who practices much the same way as Dr. Kulla. My Chiro also does visceral manipulation

I thought your summit was well done and I liked how you dedicated each day to a different aspect of acid reflux. I learned a lot overall, great speakers. I really loved your first speaker Molly in particular. The tip on using alkaline water and Alginates was something I didn't know. Well done with lots of practical ideas. Thank you. 💕
