Just filed a fraud complaint with my state attorney general and the CFPB (FTC). They truncated my bank account number (there is zero chance it was me - you have to repeat to confirm and I confirmed myself) and then charged me a $30 fee saying my payment bounced. I payed two smaller payments within a week with the correct bank number and they indeed cleared. However, they will not allow me to pay everything off! Literally will not allow. Will not accept payment. But will charge me interest. Horrific and incompetent customer service that were not at all surprised about anything. This is clearly common. Two attempts to get a supervisor. First just refused to transfer. Second said all supervisors were in a meeting. Odd, isn’t it?
Every dime on that card are their fees. I have never used it. Whatever you do, avoid them. BTW - my CFPB complaint number is 260612-34060991. I’m not joking. It’s searchable on their site.

They closed my account. I was making my payments and had the card at about half it's limit and they just shut it off!

I'm claim, reflex transactions charge in the west coast, never in My life visit the other side of the nation, reflex say the company don't want to pay back, they don't protect the customer from fraud and scam transactions

Lady was nice, thorough, and very well spoken with an accent, but she broke it down for me and spoke slow enough for me to understand as I'm elderly... good employee.I don't know that I got anything resolved except she gave me the mailing address to send payments to,& write to... to get the account straightened out, & I will do that.Other than that, she was great -her name was Faith ,
