Tonda was fantastic - came out first thing in the morning and spent several hours finding the source of a leak, that turned out to have been caused by the original installation 10+ years ago. Very happy to have it all resolved

Tomda came promptly to my home out of hours on a Saturday, we had water dripping everywhere, he felt to be here ages and left around 4.30am. He sorted absolutely everything and had great customer service, not one fault!

Had a burst pipe under the kitchen sink and water was going everywhere. Called RedShield Water and they came out really quickly and sorted it straight away. Proper professional job and explained everything before fixing it. Would definitely use them again if I had any plumbing issues.

My little one managed to block our toilet by throwing his toys in there. We called for an emergency plumber and Tonda arrived in less than an hour
He was respectful, polite and efficient.

Exceptional service! Fast response! Came out same and fixed a leaking a toilet to fix a nightmare a toilet. Direct and fair with pricing could not recommend more
10/10 for these guys - I needed to get a new fitting before they could come out but Tonda (plumber) offered to get the part for me and came over quickly before my living room was completely flooded. I have since then recommended him to some of my friends who have shared similar feedback…. 100%
I had a really great experience with this company. Tonda, the engineer, was extremely professional and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and got straight to work. The problem was fixed efficiently and to a very high standard.
The service was friendly, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and care shown. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
I called for an emergency plumber on the weekend because I had water leaking out of my wall due to a burst pipe. The response I got and the professionalism was excellent, the gentleman was very polite and kind and when he turned up he quickly worked out where the issue was and got to work and sorted it out in no time! I highly recommend 100%
