My third refresher course with the Red Cross.
My second course with Jesper as the instructor, and I'd say the best course to date.
Very open and informative with new updates explained well, good practical demonstrations and training to ensure we were all confident with CPR and using the De-Fib.
The inclusion of applying tourniquets is welcome for those working in high-risk activities.

If you need first aid training, forget doing it online. First aid needs to be delivered face to face.
I've used the British Red Cross for this training before an wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
A well organised course with an excellent instructor who kept us engaged with practical and interactive methods of training.

Very good course

Our instructor Sammie delivered a very interactive course with multiple activities throughout the day to aid the learning space. She also created a space where we could all interact openly together to gain a greater understanding and insight into each topic we were learning about.

Trainer was brilliant, informative and learnt a lot. Reassured my knowledge and made me confident to practise First Aid where needed.

I was nervous, however Karl made it fun and easy to remember.
The group was small, which I found helpful as we had more time to draw of each others experiances.
I feel that I learnt more on this course than any other that I have attended

My instructor was funny, kind and explained everything well. The time flew by with him and you should be very proud of such a confident and professional instructor.

We had a great trainer in Haley she made the course easy to understand. Its actually the best first aid course i have been on.

A really well‑structured and engaging first aid course with an excellent balance of theory and hands‑on practice. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the learning experience enjoyable. I left feeling far more confident in my ability to administer first aid.

Kevin the instructor was excellent in communicating and enabling us to do the work off our own backs and not just sit there and be lectured to.

The venue was to large
It did not feel part of a combined group as we were all around the room, it was difficult to hear what other students were saying at times.
The group of 15 is to many on one course for one lecturer, Kevin dealt with it superbly but other lecturers I have been on courses with would never have coped. I was under the impression that 12 students is the maximum allowed on one course with one lecturer?
No tea or coffee was supplied at lunch time on either day.

Training was excellent, enjoyed that is was practical and assessments were taking place throughout

The course leader (Chester) was amazing, fun, informative and a great, relaxed, encouraging and calming presence.

Took part in the 2 day 1st aid at work refresher training. Informative, engaging and hands on. The trainer was knowledgeable. The venue was good with plenty of space. Communication was fast and informative also. Would recommend for all your first aid needs. I have used Red Cross in the past and always been a good experience.
