- We have training venues in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so you’re sure to find a course near you. We can even come to you if you have a group of up to 12 people who need training.

- If you have a question or need help with your booking, our friendly call centre advisors are available from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. We pride ourselves on delivering a practical, enjoyable learning experience, and we encourage customer feedback to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we could improve.

1st aid course
Done many 1st aid courses this was my first time with Red Cross. The course was in depth, informative, free flowing and more importantly we had fun. The Instructor was knowledgeable and approachable.
Highly recommend this course.

The refresher course
The refresher course was very good and I feel more comfortable and confident as a first aider should I need to assist anyone in the future. There were a few changes, so it underlined the importance of renewing every few years. The course covered a lot of information with practical exercises & group activities to reinforce learning.

A brilliant day
A brilliant day! Everything was explained so well, we were open to answers questions and felt comfortable doing so. The tutor was really respectful, knowledgable and delivered the day seamlessly.
