I thoroughly enjoyed my three day first aid course
I thoroughly enjoyed my three day first aid training course. The Instructor was Rebecca Hutchison and I found that content of the course and the way it was presented was excellent. For me Rebecca ran the course in a very relaxed way making more interesting and easy to digest, giving delegates regular positive feedback throughout the course.Big thank you to Rebecca. I will benefit greatly from this course.

Filthy plate?
Sorry, I usually love this store and love going in there to browse and I hope this doesn't come across as rude but the last time I was here I came in and wanted a plate I saw in the window in a huff and puff and seemingly annoyed the man got the plate. When we were at the till however, he kept scratching and rubbing his hair and then touching the plate all over, like continuously. If it was once I could've maybe looked past it. But it was disgusting to say the least. I eventually had to say doesn't matter and left the store. But please just be mindful of this as it really put me off and ruined the experience. This was the BRC in Newtown Shopping Centre.
Bullying and discrimination is rife they need exposing …
I worked for the redcross for many years and it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked. They say it’s a charity it’s a multi million pound business not a charity anymore. Managers ? What a disgrace, the bullying and discrimination that goes on in this place needs the world to know how disgusting they treat staff. If your face doesn’t fit no matter how excellent you work you’re bullied out by managers. There’s a click that goes on in the main office, all backstabbing each other. Whoever donates to this so called charity needs to stop, they collected 160 million for Naples and said they would rebuild the whole village, they only built 16 houses where did the other money go? Lining back pockets of managers and expensive CEOs, they are on £187,000 per year, what do they do? They always go to places of disaster only to pocket extra money from vulnerable people take take take, they give nothing, all they do is get volunteers so where’s all the money going? Ask yourself that?
They make up stories, make up complaints against their staff they need to be exposed to the papers to let the people know what’s going on, their logo is ‘be kind’ only to people who’s donating workers nope they treat you like rubbish.

My wife just had the most unpleasant phone call in her life today like its not bad enough having to have to ask for food to help feed our baby in these hard times he made her literally cry making her feel extremely uncomfortable as if she were a criminal we have a chicken breast and some onions left between 3 of us including my 2 year old daughter because of this we were told were not eligable for a food parcel the Red Cross is a disgrace and do not care about human being in need

Rebecca Hutchinson was amazing with us. Far exceeded her responsibilities to make sure that everything was taylored to our personal requirements and relevant to our specific roles. Came away knowing far more than I have from any previous first aid courses. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend her in a heart beat!

Rebecca Hutchinson was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and was so attentive to all our needs, and making sure she made each topic relevant to each of our workplaces. She made me feel really comfortable throughout the 3 days and as though all my personal experiences were listened to with empathy.

Rebecca Hutcheson is a wonderfully engaging presenter, very easy to listen to and the course was just the right mix of theory, practical demonstration.
The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related not only to speech but also to events and situations in daily life. Leaves you with a real feel-good factor. I can highly recommend this instructor.

The one day first aid for work course was fantastic. Activities to make it engaging and which made everything easier to learn and remember.
Approachable for various questions and always assessing us to make sure we understood and could put it into practice. Tania was amazing from Exeter!
