The people were so lovely and helpful and made my experience one that i’ll never forget. My dress was gorgeous and looked stunning on pictures, couldn’t rate it any higher.

We had an amazing time both times we visited red carpet ready Lincoln as unfortunately due to an outside company, The dress my daughter chose arrived in the wrong colour & due to the colour she had chosen was no longer available,(red carpet ready unaware ) we had to revisit. Red carpet ready was amazing on the phone to resolve the matter, The second time we visited my daughter was treated like a vip she had the most amazing experience got to try lots more dresses on as it wasn’t as busy & we felt no pressure to rush decisions. Georgia was absolutely amazing with my daughter & her needs & made her completely comfortable through the whole experience. It is one of the most wonderful experiences to share with your daughter.

I had the most amount of compliments on my dress someone even said “best dress I’ve seen” I wore the Belle dress in baby pink and I loved it so much I felt amazing in my dress and didn’t want to take it off not only is it a stunning dress it’s super comfy so I wore it all night and didn’t have any issues whatsoever I couldn’t recommend redcarpetready enough the staff are incredible and are so helpful there really is only one place to go and it’s here thank you so much - Annabella xxxxxxx

I’d heard about this place from many other people and decided to give it a try for prom. I must tell you, I was NOT disappointed and it was one of the best shopping experiences I’d ever had in my life.

The staff were lovely and I had my own personal worker who helped me pick the perfect dress. I made sure to go there early in the year as loads of people from my school were planning on going here and I wanted a specific dress I’d seen online but I knew that other people would be after it (as only one person from each school can have one of each dress).

Overall I’d highly recommend such a lovely environment and so many beautiful dresses to choose from (I ended up getting so many compliments for mine).

A huge thank you to Red Carpet Ready Lincoln for the amazing service from day one. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.

Daisy chose the beautiful Luna Red dress, and she looked absolutely sensational on prom night. The quality, attention to detail, and support we received throughout were second to none.

The entire expirence from start to finish is incredible with red carpet ready. There is 1000s of dresses to choose from so perfect for everyone. i went in august 2025 and my stylist olivia made me feel like a true princess and helped find my dream dress i couldn’t recommend this place enough

Amazing experience from start to finish, the lady found my daughter her perfect dress from the ones she had picked she went above and beyond to find one for her and came back with a dress that fitted like a glove.

We travelled 3 hours each way to come down to red carpet ready and it was the most magical experience ever we were helped from start to finish and the dress I got was perfect in every way!! I got my jewellery and a bag to match and I had the best night at prom!

Ordered my daughter prom dress August 2025 I thought we will get there early so organised, dress was suppose to arrive by February skip to the end of the month no call so I decided to ring them, the lady on the phone said the dress has not arrived yet it's just extra special it will be with us soon. Months go by no call no email nothing try calling no response, getting towards a week before my daughter prom date and still no dress or no call from red carpet ready so again keep trying to call, finally get through I ask where my daughter dress is, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and low and behold the dress has magically appeared this is 2 days before my daughter prom- not one call/ email to say it had arrived from red carpet ready. I explained that my daughter prom is in 2 days to her and she responded well if you can ring out courier service they could get it to you before 1pm the next day , I was fuming how do they think that this is ok to send a dress which would arrive a day before my daughter prom date. I explained that I am not happy Because what if the dress does not fit or any faults what can I do then nothing as to late. I asked for a refund for my deposit she replied you have to send an email, email sent to them and guess what no response. Joke of a service

We went back in January, the experience was fantastic my daughter choosing her dress at a cost of £595. Roll forward to may we receive the dress that's just not upto the standard you would expect beading not secured the applique on the dress not finished or stitched down just a general disappointment.
We drove back to RCR to return the dress for fixing baring in mind it's 80+ miles away to be assured everything would be done and low and behold we get the dress back today with beading falling off the issues of stitching coming away and loose threads hasn't been resolved I'm so disappointed by this.
My daughters prom is in 2 weeks I don't have the time to send it back and have them rectify this for a 2nd time. I would never believe a dress that cost almost £600 could look like something purchased from shein but again should anyone be surprised???

Amazing experience with Raine & Chloe We came today for my Daughters Prom Dress, My Daughter explained what she was she was Looking for and Raine picked the dress she was looking for straight away with no pressure. We came away very happy with our purchase. Thankyou
