Please note - we are no longer replying to any messages or reviews of our business, left by anonymous users on Trustpilot. I love the boots
I love the boots, but the last two pairs the insoles have deteriorated going from the most comfortable boot to being the most uncomfortable boot.
The leather and outer sole is still perfect so its heart breaking to throw them away.

Hello. Thanks for your review. We are sorry you are unhappy with your boots. As you may know, our boots are supplied with a six month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you made the original purchase from us, we may be able to assist you; Redback boots are made with a TPU sole for superior comfort but if not treated and cared for properly, the sole may begin to hydroloyse. I bought my first pair 10 years ago and still wear them every week. They are so comfortable, sturdy and durable. I bought a second pair a few years ago with steel toes for work. Both pairs are im regular use. Great boots

Professional grafter
Professional grafter, professional fat bloke, multiple foot surgery. Easily the most comfortable boot i've ever purchased - when working 10-12hr shifts its worth paying a premium, i love the zip, easy-on/off feature. My only criticism is it could look better ! But practicality & comfort win.

The most comfortable work boots I’ve ever owned, I’m now on my 2nd pair. My previous pair lasted for 6+ years with 3 replacement inner soles! Hands down the best boots for quality, comfort and wear I’ve ever had in 30 years in industry.
