This website is fantastic and user-friendly. Bags for items arrived very quickly, and the following day, the goods were picked up. It's a top-notch service that I highly recommend.

What has happened to the old Recycle 4 Change at Leighton Buzzard, I understand Bags and Labels get received by customer but book
A Collection wasn’t happening. Have you closed down that is a shame as coming up Christmas, some of my New Clothes would have been an asset. Ex Customer. Pam

I read great reviews on Trustpilot about this charity, and went ahead, ordered a bag (which arrived) and filled it up, then set up a collection but never turned up. No communication for 2 weeks, now the website is down. They've disappeared and I feel like this is a total scam! Will donate directly to charities next time instead of these so-called collection services. AVOID.

The company has disappeared. Just as I got the bag filled and was waiting for collection. Do not use.

I was thrilled at the prospect of getting rid of unused clothing. I received my bags and after being away I've now filled them ready to collect. This is where this Company has let itself down, the QR code does not work, their website link does not work and to top it all off every email gets bounced back. Utterly disgusting as I've now got to unpack everything and get it to local charity shops. AVOID Recycle for Change at all costs.

Just really easy and much better than all this going to landfill, bags are a really good size too.

This was my first collection, which took a while to organise, reason being not a straight forward collection.
There were plenty of updates throughout, and the guy from Yodel could of not been more polite and helpful.
Even though this collection did get off to a slow start, but Allan was most helpful at the end of the day, and will be using there excellent service again.

I received the bags in the post, filled them and requested a courier to collect. It was all very easy and will definitely use this service again.

Collection was so easy and simple to do, will certainly be donating more clothes to you 😌

Got mail bags in the post and labels e mailed to me, was a pain taking them to the parcel shop( not a big issue to be fair ) but now they can get the courier to come to you so that is great, so ye next declutter will certainly use you guys again, all in a great cause.

I booked a soon as possible booking at 10:50am this morning collection was made at 3pm today.

If you’re like me when you’ve finished decluttering and want the job taken care of this is the charity company to choose from.

i have been waiting since the 31st may i have had two R4C-2642 and R4C-2672 but have not been collected what has happened

First time using this company and I was very impressed. Orderd a collection last night and was booked in for today. I had a very big collection, the driver was very friendly and polite and never moaned once about the amount of bags she had to carry to her van.
I will definitely be using this company again.
