Firstly, I am SO glad this shop exists - despite the fact I'm clearly several years late to the party, I already know for certain RVS is going to save me ££££s in import fees for those small and highly specific pieces of glass I seem to end up breaking on a fortnightly basis! I genuinely didn't think there was anything like it in the UK - most of the other shops I've come across in this genre seem more like glorified extensions of Ali Express, however clearly RVS is a different beast. I've been blown away by their huge and specialised range and, so far, I've been really impressed with the quality of stuff I've ordered. I received my order within 24 hours of actually placing it (from Cornwall! the other side of the world, basically!) and despite this, all of my precious bits of glass were very thoughtfully wrapped and padded and wrapped again to keep them safe during transit. I just can't get over how exceptional these guys are, and especially when they're not charging an arm and a leg! So THANK YOU, you are brilliant, never change, I'll be back for more soon x

Firstly, ignore the handful of negative reviews, people are always quick to shout when something goes wrong, but not so quick to praise when it goes right. I’m not one of those people!

I honestly can’t rate this business highly enough for the lengths they went to in getting my Core XL E-rig to me. Their customer service is outstanding, and their emails read like you’ve known them for years, friendly, genuine, and on the ball.

My bubbler arrived broken, which can easily happen with the coil cap coming loose in transit. No drama at all, they had a replacement on its way and in my hands within 48 hours.

In summary:
An exceptional company with brilliant customer service, who treat you like a mate rather than just another order number. Highly recommended.

I ordered a ball vape in April and I've just ordered a bubbler and assesories today. I had emailed over with multiple questions about both orders and Matt helped me choose what I needed.
