Amazing company
Amazing company. Customer Service guy Matt makes it the perfect balance. Great products, well thought out and very well engineered, constantly improving things, all in all an exceptional company for both service and products. Highly recommend. I wouldn't shop any where else for this sort of stuff.

Excellent customer service
Through no fault of RVS, my Ruby Twist kit arrived without a bowl. I emailed the shop and Matt replied straight away and was really helpful. Within the hour the missing part was dispatched for next day delivery. The service from these guys is excellent and they have so much advice and carry great stock. It's the only place I will buy from.

As always, Matt and the team at RecVapes were great! He is always willing to help and give advice to community members - in fact I am a member of a patient community online, and every single person we have ever recommended to RecVapes have always been satisfied - and I mean that sincerely! I'm not just talking one or two people, I'd say potentially in excess of 100 people at this point!

Excellent product
Excellent product. Ordered the hot knife and it has done the job so far at a 1/3 of the price of the Puffco. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
Great choice of items and prices. I bought a new type (for me) vaping set up. I received it, well packaged the following day. Contact with RVS was straightforward and service was first class.

Excellent service and prices
I was referred to this company by a friend, and I am very impressed. They have an excellent range of products, which is pretty mind-blowing as I am new to vaping, but the website is excellent and easy to navigate. Placed my order, and it was dispatched the following day.
I am delighted with the service and my purchase, and would order from them again.
