From our initial conversation, I did not hesitate to using Reciprocal and felt reassured with Sam's expert guidance.

We discussed the disadvantageous exchange circumstances from GBP to CHF and how to best go about it. Sam provided financial and economical context, along with political dates that were likely to be impactful. I am not very knowledgeable about financial matters, yet everything Sam explained was accessible.
Every week, Sam sent me comprehensive updates and when the pound fell lower than its latest lowest point, he alerted me.
We agreed to continue monitoring the situation and that we would aim to complete the trade prior to the new budget announcement.

Right from the start, Sam explained that the rates he could offer would not be as competitive as an online currency platform, but I would have a person to speak to if anything went wrong with the transaction. Given the amount at play, minimising risk was a key factor.
On top of this, Sam guided me through the online platform setup. For someone with ADHD who is not technically minded, this was another added bonus!!! As soon as I’d provided all the relevant details and ID checks had been carried out, we jumped on a call and Sam talked me through how the online platform functioned. Although relatively straightforward, it made the user experience noticeably smoother.

We have now completed the trade and it all went extremely smoothly.

Couldn't fault it. We had an apartment to sell in Spain and Sam helped make everything go through smoothly.
We had the money back in our UK account the following day, really chuffed with everything.
