Paid as promise in 3 days will do business again thank you

This company seemed legit but it is the same bait and switch tactics that these fly by night companies use. I sent them my flawless iPhone XS Max that they offered $415 for. They re-quoted it at $270 saying it had issues with the speaker and nicks/scratches. I requested it be returned but still no tracking and no response from emails or calls.

Update 12/10/2020 After posting the review above I finally got a response to the calls and emails previously sent. They again offered $300 for the phone which was well below their $415 offer. They sent it back to me and I received $400 from a different company for the same exact phone.

Awesome company! My iPhone sale went perfect!

They say they will pay within 2 days. They had my phone for 5 business days before responding and that was because I emailed them. They claimed my phone nicks and scratches. No way! My phone was in an Otterbox protective casing from the day I bought it. They received the phone a week ago and now they say it's only worth half their quote. I still haven't been paid. Lame

Update: I wrote the original post 3 days ago. The company followed up requesting my order number, which I supplied the next morning. Still have NOT been paid 3 days later.

Final Update: recell.io did finally pay me and we solved the differences. They were good with responding to my inquiries.

I return my Apple iPhone 8 and got $94 for it! the most I was offered from anywhere. I read articles about how this company could be a scam but it wasn’t they did everything they said they were going to an honor the price they said they were going to give me I am 100% happy with them!

Very fast payment! Pleased

Rate shopped fo find the best offer for my iPhone 6s. They were the highest offer, and I was happy to get anything due to the phone being completely unusable. Fast payment and straightforward instructions made it quick and easy.

Was given a fair price and received payment in about a week from the day I dropped it in the mail. Will use again!

Very pleased! The whole process was a breeze... and emailing customer service was a breeze and I got quick replies. I mailed my phone on a Saturday, it was received Monday and money was in my PayPal account on Sunday. Definitely will be using them again! I got a very fair price for my phone also! They were very honest with their prices and very clear on what tier your phone could be appraised at.

I was very impressed with my sale to recell.io. The support and communication I received was top notch and I received my payment in the promised time period. I will definitely do business with this company again

Excellent experience! They were in touch with me through every step and I was paid promptly. The clear guidelines for each tear of damage was extremely useful. I will definitely sell to this company again. Best buyback rate, thoughtful, & efficient. Would highly recommend.

You can trust them!
Everything went as promised. Got paid promptly for the iPhone I traded in.

Very Happy customer 😊 will be recommending recell to my friends

Initially I was little hesitant to sell my phone with them by seeing the few 1 star negative reviews. But after had a nice experience with them, I realized that, it's absolutely fake review.
Recell.io gave me best offer. I sent my phone to them and they acknowledged the receipt of my phone.
After inspecting it they adjusted my offer, because they thought my phone wasn't an unlocked phone.
I wrote an email to them explaining it's an unlocked phone.
They again inspected it and honored my promised sale price.
Within few days I received my payment cheque.

Gave me the most money and was actually legit got my check when it said I would had no problem cashing it!

They were fair and kept me informed each step of way. They sent me the price they quoted. It was a very good experience. I will use them again for sure!

Quick, simple and fast processing. Highest quote compared to every other company, and quote was accurate. They even eliminated the PayPal fee because the payment got delayed a few days.

Very easy to send in and get updated and get paid quick

Quick quote and quick payment. The process is so easy and the customer service is so responsive. Thank you!!!
