What an absolute shambles of an experience. Over 4 weeks since Recell has received my iPhone and I am still yet to receive my payout which was already cut lower than you advertised.

Your advertised payment times are a scam in broad daylight. 3 weeks plus since I accepted your offer and my “instant PayPal transcation” must have been lost.

Send me my money or give me my device back so I can send it to an actual buy back company👍

Just sold my Galaxy S8 and got paid in les than a week.
the UX is very simple , just straight to the point , and the most important is their responsive customer support .
Big UP ♥ .

Procurava formas de me desfazer do meu celular antigo foi aí que meu amigo me indicou o site tão logo eu postei no site apareceu pessoas interessadas connsegui vender meu celular e receber meu pagamento.

Sold my iPhone 12 Pro Max:
9/10/22: My phone was received by them.
9/15/22: My phone passed the inspection, confirmed matching quote description.
9/21/22: I followed up on payment still not confirmed. They said they had some glitch and gave a 24-48hrs timeline. Normal timeline should have been 1-3 business days from the inspection confirmation
9/26/22: Still nothing.
9/28/22: They tried to dispute this review.
10/4/22: Check arrived finally but bank put a hold of 5 business days because they think the check might not be paid.
10/12/22: All clear. 2-star overall as it's been a hassle, bad communication from them. They never address you by your name nor sign with their own name when emailing.

When digging into reviews, if you set aside the good ones that look more fake than anything else, the bad reviews talk a lot about no payment, late payment and bounced checks as well as them going out of their way to dispute negative reviews on various platforms to take them down. I'm starting to worry that this is a scam.

Had my doubts initially. But, my doubts were wrong. Recell is actually the best website around for selling old samsung phones. They have paid me in the past.

recell.io is one of the best online website services for selling off your old mobile phones at a very good price. They accept all type of old mobile phones and after checking through it the deals are done swiftly without any hassles. I highly recommend them to everyone rather than letting your old gadgets laying around go get some money off it by selling them on this platform.

Recently sold my Samsung galaxy on recell.io the payment was quickly paid to my account. Great customer service will continue sell my used phones on this website.

Please!!!!! Do not sell your phone to them they will take your phone but never send you the money!!! They took my phone but never paid the money. It’s been more than a month since I shipped them the phone. They promised to send check in 10 business days but they never sent any check after sending multiple emails they finally send the check in email as PDF. But that check bounced because of insufficient funds. Contacted them again but no response. I will be taking legal route with them now as the check bounce is a crime.

I found recell.Io online and sold my iPhone 11 to them. I just got my check in about a week total turnaround time. I have to say It was a really great experience.

12 days later and still not been paid. Getting generic emails about my payment will be expedited and nothing. Their voicemail is not setup so can’t leave messages. I hope my iPhone is not lost. 😔

Finally got my payment after writing the review. The owner of Recellio even asked me if I would be willing to modify my review or delete it now that they made payment. Seems to me that I was only paid after I made the review. Because I refused they challenged that i was even a customer of theirs with Trustpilot in a attempt to remove my review. I definitely will not be a returning customer.
