ReBet thinks I’m smooth-brained. Here’s the reality:

I deposited $5.03 and played 236 spins (“picks” as ReBet calls them) with absolutely no bonus, no promotion—just pure cash gameplay. After a streak of wins, my balance hit over $60, yet when I attempted to redeem, the “redeemable balance” was $0.17. Not a typo. $0.17.

Thinking maybe I hadn’t met some phantom playthrough, I kept playing. My reward? A $0.00 redeemable balance. That’s zero, after 236 picks. I contacted support, and they hit me with vague, copy-paste nonsense citing “Sweeps Rules” that don’t clearly explain any of this—believe me, I checked. Nothing that makes what they’re doing okay.

Worse, buried in their terms, they give themselves the right to reject any redeem at their sole discretion and instead issue a refund—meaning they can deny any payout, anytime, to anyone. New players, be warned: this is not a stable or trustworthy system.

Now after pressing them, they’re suddenly “aware of an issue with Pragmatic Gaming.” Oh, really? AFTER the fact? AFTER I had to bring it to you?

So let me be clear: I have screen recordings, timestamps, and complete documentation of every step. This isn’t an accusation—it’s a receipted fact. You can call it a glitch, a system quirk, whatever you want—but I call it a tactic, one that conveniently delays or outright prevents payout.

I’ve demanded a full refund of my lifetime deposits on this account. I’ve already sent the nuke via email, and I’ll keep firing until it gets resolved. I don’t want apologies, I want accountability. If ReBet doesn’t make this right, I will continue publishing the full breakdown and evidence across every platform available.

I'm new. But, I like the variety of games!

The welcome promo looks decent.. slots, however, don't correctly count toward the 'redeemable balance' despite meeting playthrough requirements (playing through 2-3x the total balance, and the redeemable balance doesn't change).
I then tried their "live games" like the Monopoly one, and Crazy Time...and those games do work with the playthrough requirement.

When I brought this up to customer service, they tried talking to me like I was stupid "the reason your redeemable balance isn't increasing is because you're losing" (neglecting to look at my play history, which should show that even while winning...the redeemable balance doesn't increase). They asked for a video recording, knowing very well that there's file attachment limits inhibiting this over email.

This is a "one and done" for me. After receiving my redemption request, I'll be closing this account. I would not recommend Rebet.

A discouraging little site, havent figured out what they expect of their players, in order to get a win.
A nice daily dollar, but goes quick.
Ive spent around 200 in gold coin packages, with pretty consistently bad luck, or bad odds.
Ive spent alot less, at other sites, and cashed out a LOT more.
I feel as if the site is adjusted for the low withdraw of 20, to where its challenging, to fulfill that.
The support team has been very nice, and done what they can, but its been a pretty dissatisfactory experience.

Pretty good casino. They offer a low 20sc instant redemption which is considerably lower than most places. They also offer 1sc daily reward and 50sc referral bonus.

I referred hundreds of people to this site/app and made around $900 over the course of a few months, but clearly too much, because they suddenly deleted my account without warning. I had a $77.25 redemption "pending." It said "error" when I tried, then disappeared, and $28 was waiting to be redeemed, and now they’re claiming I deleted my account, which is absolutely false. Why would I willingly delete an account holding nearly $100? Their support team has been dismissive and unhelpful, and I’ve gotten zero resolution. I put real time and effort into promoting their brand, and this is how they repay it? Shady, unprofessional, and flat-out unacceptable. Moving forward, I’ll be warning everyone I can.
