No Reminders, No Refunds, No Respect for Customers
I’ve had enough of Rebel Betting’s shady behaviour. They auto-renewed my subscription without sending any prior email notification — no reminder, no heads-up, nothing. I only realised when the money had already been taken from my account.
Let’s be clear: under UK consumer protection law, companies should be transparent about subscription renewals and give customers fair warning. That includes sending an email reminder before the renewal date — something Rebel Betting has clearly decided not to do. The impression this gives is that they’re deliberately relying on people forgetting, so they can quietly take more money.
Any company with integrity, transparency, or even the slightest respect for consumer rights would notify users in advance. Rebel Betting’s refusal to do so speaks volumes about their priorities — profit over fairness.
I’ve contacted their support team multiple times and have been told to “wait a few more days” for over a week now — no progress, no accountability. I’ve also asked four times via live chat for an invoice, which was supposed to be handled by “Bryan,” who has ignored every single message I sent last week.
This is not how ethical businesses operate. I would strongly urge others to avoid Rebel Betting — unless you want to be ignored, overcharged, and treated with complete disregard once they have your money.
I'm eager to see Rebel Betting's justification for failing to send reminders and ignoring consumer rights which state that adequate notice/reminders must be sent in advance.
I'll be escalating this matter to my bank and the relevant regulatory body.
UPDATE: I reported this to my bank, this was escalated to Mastercard which almost immediately ruled in my favour. Rebel Betting have subsequently emailed to say that I will be given a refund. Sadly, but not surprisingly, they have completely ignored my request to make a formal complaint against Bryan who thought that he was above UK consumer law and incorrectly believed that he could provide me with blatant lies.

updated review after a month
Value bets are alright, around 600 bets in 6 days and currently +-0 but atleast i've already seen some highs and lows.
Arbitrage bets aka "sure bets" have been awful.
So far I have tried 4 sure bets. 3 of which have been fake. The site points you to a completely different match -> not an actual arbitrage bet, since you are not betting on both outcomes. Instead of betting on both outcomes, you are betting on team A to win or draw in the MAIN league and team B **RESERVES** to win in the **RESERVES** league. The software can NOT detect the correct matches, it just looks at similar team names and if they match up it counts as a "sure bet".
UPDATE:
i was pretty harsh when i wrote the review, but im a changed man!!!!!!!!! the valuebetting service has been great so far, im above the expected value by 20% with around 1900 bets in 27 days. havent touched the arb side at all after the last fumbles.

It really does work and I highly recommend it, you just have to be patient and ride the lows which I admit can be difficult. However stick to the process and in the long run you will make profit.
The customer service is excellent and they always reply to emails. Sometimes it may take a day or so, but they will always reply and aim to solve your query. I also add they do honour the profit guarantee. I was fortunate to be in profit immediately, however my friend had to wait 3 months before he broke profit and they honoured the guarantee everytime. He now also is making a nice profit.
The reason I've only given it 4 star and not 5 may seem a little harsh as it isn't their fault, but unfortunately it cannot last forever. The bookies will eventually cotton on you are a profitable bettor and severely restrict your stakes or even ban you altogether. Unfortunately I am now in that similar situation and in my opinion that is the only downside.

i want tell the true
"Rebelbetting" have a solid statistic foundations. If you make a lot of bet .. you win !! This is the first true. The second true is all is legal !! there is nothing of illegal in "rebelbetting" !! The problem is explain by "rebelbetting" ... book limitation at the first .. and little other. For my experience .. rebel must do better for optimize the software for stay out of the radar of the book much more time possible and work for add much more book possible (in italy the list of "usable" book is poor). Last thing: Rebel encourages to do much bet as possible, this have sense statistically speaking, but more bet more risk for limitation .. for me the best thing is find the right compromise.

Più di 1800 scommesse in 4-5 mesi, versato come abbonamento al sito 400 Euro, perso un sacco di tempo, guadagnato 80 Euro. Perdita di tempo e soldi. Questa la mia esperienza, se vi di fortuna ci guadagnate qualcosa, forse
In se tutto bello il sito e la semplicità di utilizzo sono stato attratto dalla curiosità e dalla possibilità di guadagno. Il fatto è che nella maggior parte di casi dopo un po ti rendi conto che il gioco non vale la candela.
Ore e settimane perse a piazzare scommesse infine, se non ci perdi, guadagni qualcosa da versare per l'abbonamento di 100 o 200 euro mensili, SE ti va bene lavori per 2-3 euro/all'ora. Per di più dipendi dal loro software e mentre i primi mesi offriva parecchi valubet in queste ultime settimane pare impossibile scommettere, i bookmaker ti limitano e infine ci perdi.
Utilizza anche il loro profit simulator, nel 68% dei casi ti da un profitto che, dopo 1500/2000 scommesse (ti garantisco ho provato 20 bookmaker possibili in italia e più di 400 scommesse al mese non riescia a fare) quindi dopo 5 mesi ti da un profitto con il quale non riesci neanche a coprire il costo del servizio, e se ti va bene , considerando il tempo speso non ne vale la pena. Poi loro ti dicono no ma guarda su discord (non ho trovato nessuno) tutti quelli che sono contenti.. questo quello che ho sperimentato io... cmq interessantissimo ma non profittevole
metto 2 stelle perchè non si può definire truffa, però lo sconsiglio vivamente
