I’m very happy with the Codex
I’m very happy with the Codex! I love the entree on the Thomas Flyer! I saw it in a museum when I was a kid! The knowledge within this volume is beautiful! I hope we get future projects!

Thank you, James! We’re so glad to hear that The Codex brought back that childhood memory of seeing the Thomas Flyer — moments like that are exactly what we hoped to spark through these pages.
And yes — there are more projects already in the making (little spoiler here, haha!)
Codex Backer
Kickstarted The Codex which just arrived this week...my god it is a beautiful product! So glad I backed it.
I will be keeping an eye out for any other project by this group :)

Thank you so much, Joe! We’re thrilled to know The Codex met your expectations after the long wait. It means a lot that you believed in the project from the very beginning. THIS IS WHY WE WORKED SO HARD! Every detail — from the illustrations to the materials — was created with care for backers like you. And yes — there are more projects already in the making (little spoiler here, haha!)
Codex
The unboxing of the Codex was such a highlight to the end of my day. I have been waiting for this thing for a year at least, and it was COMPLETELY worth the wait. Everything about this book is amazing: the very expert packaging to keep it safe, the decorative box around the Codex itself (with printed doors to reveal the amazing world inside!), the beautiful slipcase, and the even MORE beautiful and GIANT book inside. All the artwork and information is great. The book was so much bigger and more than I thought it would be. Clearly a lot of time, thought, and effort have been put into this and I greatly appreciate it. This will be a highlight on my bookshelf for certain.

Thank you so much, Abbie! Your message truly brought a smile to our whole team. We spent countless hours designing every element — from the packaging and printed doors to the oversized format — so it feels wonderful to know it all came together the way we imagined. The Codex was meant to feel like opening a world of discovery, and hearing that it became a highlight of your day and bookshelf means the world to us.
Worth the wait!
Like most Kickstarter projects, it took a bit longer than originally expected. But WOW it was worth the wait. The book is absolutely gorgeous and well made in every detail. Well packaged and protected, it arrived safely in perfect condition. Thanks!

Thank you so much! We truly appreciate your patience and kind words. It was a long journey, but every extra month went into making sure The Codex felt special in every detail — from the craftsmanship to the packaging. Hearing that it arrived safely and met your expectations makes all the effort worthwhile.
Just got my Codex and just WOW
Just got my Codex and even opening the box was a great experience, the book itself is fantastic in both quality and content - but had to keep it in the box to show others the great way you did that until I find a great place of prominence to display it in my home.

Thank you so much! We love hearing that even the unboxing was an experience on its own — that’s exactly what we hoped for. Every layer of The Codex, from the packaging to the book itself, was designed to feel like unveiling something truly special. We’re honored it’s earned a place of prominence in your home!
High expectations are met.
I had high expectations for this book, and I wasn't let down, from the packaging for shipping to the quality of the paper used. The historical facts were limited to avoid getting bogged down reading, the illustrations are what will set this book apart. The quality of the printing is fantastic lines are sharp and clear, I honestly cannot review the colors as I have color deficient vision.
Overall I am extreamly pleased and look forward to see what they come up with next.

Thank you so much, Abbie! Reading your words truly made our day. We spent a long time perfecting every part of The Codex — from the protective packaging to the slipcase and the book itself — so it means a lot to hear that you felt the care and craftsmanship behind it. We wanted the unboxing to feel like opening a portal into a world of ideas, and your message captures exactly that feeling. We’re so happy it’s found a proud place on your bookshelf!
Codex Received, Unfortunately it’s Damaged.
Received the codex - it looks great! but unfortunately I noticed it was damaged, sent email 3 weeks ago with picture to every possible email address I could find for correspondence and yet to receive a reply.
Update - since writing this they have issued a partial refund but overall still disappointed that the book i received is damaged and not from shipping either - Updating from 2 stars to 4

Well… we see our co-founder sneaked in here! 👀 Thank you for the “insider” review — though we suspect you might be a little biased, haha. 😉
Still, we’ll take the compliment — and promise to keep delivering Codex magic for everyone, founders included!
