I've been using Rebate Rewards for a few years and I can say that it is reputable and credible. You have to be quick to get the deals, so make this a part of your daily activity.

Still waiting for my current payout and I haven't been able to figure out how to get one from months ago as well.

I Love Rebate Rewards. They have good products when you can find any available. These days the products go so fast that there is none available when I go to the website. The customer service says the sellers have control of what gets posted. As for the point system, I still don't understand the VIP program. I don't get anything for being VIP just a name. They deduct a point if you don't come to the website every day for each day missed. But, Rebate as a whole is a good company. I just think they need a better revamping.

I love using that site. I wish to see more products though.

Have used for several years

The rebates are always within the time frame promised. Whenever I've had a question, Customer Service has always been prompt and extremely helpful in responding. I absolutely love this site. It's such a great way to reward yourself, store for holidays or special occasions. I love that they have a mixture of products. Hands-down a great site. Thank you to the entire team.

Customer service here is top notch! They respond promptly and always try to help. The website itself is also very nice and I enjoy using it.

Very few products compared to years past. Hard to get anything, if there is anything. I’ve seen maybe 5 new things in the last few months.

The company has had NO PRODUCTS AVAILABLE since December 2022 ! I have £17.99 payment outstanding and they only pay out after reaching £20.00 ! If there are no products being offered, how am I expected to reach £20 ?! Not sure how the company is making money yet alone surviving if there are no products ?! Please just make my outstanding payment and be done with this nonsense !

Great concept, products are lacking and gone too quickly once released. There are better ways to do things where bots don't take everything

When there is something you want, and get there quickly enough, it's good. But there is RARELY anything, and even when there is, if you are 5 min after posting, it's likely already all claimed. When I first started getting it as a reward, there was always something to use it on, even if it wasn't great. Lately there are multiple months in a row (and the rebate totals do NOT add to the totals, at least not from my provider) with less than 10 items listed, and NONE of them worth it (20% off something you don't want, and couldn't even give away, PLUS paying for shipping?)

I have been a member of Rebate Rewards for a couple of years, and my experience getting my promotional rebates has been positive. My only problem is that there are not enough items for rebate, and often it is the same items offered for discount. I give RR a 'B' because of the limited amount of rebates available. Thank you Rebate Rewards for the nice items I have gotten at a discount or free!😊

but where are all the options?! rebate products have been few and far between.

My biggest frustration with Rebate Rewards is the lack of new products available to order. I see the same items for months on end, and very few 100% free items…so it’s hard to get anything because I have to stay up till midnight for them to release and that’s not possible in a regular basis.
I wish there were good (usable and higher quality) products as they use to offer a couple years ago. And that they would release items throughout the day like other sites do so more people have opportunities to get things!
Other than that I still appreciate getting free items and that they approve payouts within 7 days.
