Took money without permission from my account. For a product I had cancelled and uninstalled from my device! When I emailed them as cannot reach by phone call, received a copy and pasted response stating because I’m on a monthly district debit I can’t be refunded. IM NOT ON ANYTHING I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND UNISTALLED

Software that installs itself without the user's permission belongs in the trash.
This software is highly problematic. It installs without permission, then disables Windows' built-in security features without your consent, and after all starts bombarding you with annoying nags regarding a paid subscription.
Even if you try to uninstall it (following their instructions on YouTube), the program will reinstall itself, making it difficult to completely remove from your computer. You may have to take extra steps to get rid of it for good.
The software's behavior is more like that of a virus than a legitimate antivirus program, and the many positive reviews it receives seem suspicious and possibly fake.
P.S. Although my initial experience with RAV Endpoint Protection software was negative, I have to acknowledge the following:
1) The product is officially certified by Microsoft.
2) The support service is good, responding promptly and providing clear, helpful solutions.

My computer is virus free - that's the point, right?
As far as I can tell, RAV Protection works quietly in the background. No interruptions of my work. Gives me options to trust sites that do not show as htttps immediately, and does not impede my work in any way.

Complicated, unreliable time consuming effort. They have now also changed name/owner which makes it a complete waste of time. I'll go back to my old system which I should never have left in the first place.
