Couple problems
House was listed with a basement when we put there is a crawl space. Also house was litsed as a short sale when that wasn't the case either. I did accidentally mark short sale but the following question asked same thing and that was marked standard sale so someone should of contacted me since the two answers contradicted themselves.

My only complaint about your service is…
My only complaint about your service is the inability for my phone or email to be immediately available. I also found out by calling on weekend tgat the service said no one was available in working hours on week days. If my information cannot be immediately available and the agency is unavailable a sale goes out the window.
