My New 'Go To' Place For Healthy Snacking.
The whole order is great! Apart from the Pumpkin Seeds coming from China, everything else is exceptional. I combine Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds, (blanched due to a kidney stone), and dark chocolate, for healthy snacking. The cinnamon is used in my coffee - just a sprinkle - for metabolism needs. I will definitely use RealFoodSource Ltd in future!

Mouldy Product and Process-Driven “Customer Service”
Bought organic peanuts from RealFoodSource and found visible mould in the bag. Reported it immediately, but instead of simply owning the problem and resolving it, I was directed back to their website to navigate a returns process myself. Unfortunately, by then the peanuts had already been disposed of as unfit for human consumption.
Too many businesses now seem to treat “customer service” as directing customers into systems and procedures rather than actually providing service. It may streamline things for the business, but it doesn’t make for a pleasant customer experience when reporting a genuine quality issue.
Also rather odd that they appear to have separate Trustpilot accounts for the .com and .co.uk versions of the business.
